“We've used Tavelup to book our flights to Doha and back from Dubai, as they could guarantee a cheaper price than going directly to the flight provider. Unfortunately, our flights both to and from our holiday have been cancelled and rescheduled at different times; this doesn't impact our outward journey but, as we have a flight connection on the way back, causes issues. Lisa Jane was both helpful and professional when dealing with our flight change and has changed our final connecting flight to suit the new flight times, free of charge. Thank you so much!”

We are unable to use a flight credit voucher issued to us…cannot use it online. So have to phone, takes hours to get through….
We were on the phone tried to rebook a flight for over 2 hours got charged an additional £1900 for flights that they could not then confirm. Then told it would take 3-5 days to refund the additional money we had paid. Don’t ever use this company. I cannot word it any more strongly. Avoid at all costs!”
