“We love the TreeKeeper storage bags! 2 or three years ago we ordered 3 upright tree storage bags with wheels. Now we just roll them into the garage. Last year we ordered 2 five-foot wreath bags. Love the way they can be hung on the garage wall. This year we ordered another upright tree bag and a 36-inch wreath storage bag (to put a collapsible snowman yard decoration). We are looking for more yard decor to store in this manner. The canvas is tough. The inside padding is added protection. The hanger and D-ring inside keeps the wreath from sitting on the bottom and getting squished. The the wheels on the tree bags roll smoothly (no scratched floors). The only downside is sliding the tree bag down. We buy fat trees and sliding it down is tough. So we bind up the tree branches first before storage. Would rather not do that so could you make the zippers go down farther to get passed the largest bulge of the tree? Other than that we are thrilled with the product. That’s why we keep ordering from your company.”

“Absolutely perfect. Large enough for my 9' tree. No more box that has been taped so many times it looks like a roll of duct tape. The bag is super easy to roll and put away. This bag is strong. I am 100% very happy with my bag,”

“This is the second tree bag that I have purchased after becoming a big fan of the first. We bought a new 9' tree this year. The bag I purchased claims to be for 9' trees, but doesn't cover the top, leaving about 1' sticking out. No amount of adjustment is going to change that. This is a bit of a disappointment to say the least.”

Hi, thanks for your review. Just a quick piece of info that some people tend to miss when reading up on our bags - the tree is meant to be stored in the bag with the top removed and stored in the zippered section below. Based on the dimensions of the bag and your description of the size of your tree and the amount of tree coming out of the top of the bag, it sounds as though you may have left the top on the tree. Regardless, we're more than happy to take the bag back for a full refund if it isn't going to work out for you. Please just contact our customer service department if you'd like to get that going.

“This Christmas tree storage bag is worth every penny. It is a relief to work with such good construction. I have bought many less expensive storage bags in the past only to have the fabric tear or zipper break. I know this one will last many years. It also comes with instructions on how to load different trees into the bad. This makes things so much easier.”

“The Pro L bag is not large enough for a Balsam Hill 7.5 ft tall Vermont Spruce tree. Even though the tree is within the specified width at 52”, I spent hours trying to get the tree into the bag. It proved impossible to get the bag around the width of the tree without breaking the branches. Waste of time and money.”

“This is my third tree keeper bag, love the design, hate the canvas cover as it dry rots after 2 years in AZ. This new design had a plastic base and one of the 4 legs broke in less than 1 hour. I put the old metal base back on. I saw other reviews stating the leg broke also. Please go back to the old metal design.”

“I absolutely love love love my ornament storage for large ornaments. Other containers are not made as well or user friendly. This is crafted with thought and long-term storage. The ones I have been using for years - plastic with three sections can't be carried by handle because they unclip all the time. Now I feel safe and secure that my ornaments will last for years and years.”

“We had on of the bags for a few years and it the straps deteriorated. I tried to all them twice and they have not returned calls or an email I sent a few days ago. Poor customer service!”

“I purchased TK-10828 and this is thing is absolutely awful and 100% unsafe- this should be pulled from the market. I put my 12' tree in this- an hour into our tree being set up a leg broke off and fell to the ground- where my 8 month old daughter was playing. Had my wife not been right next to her and heard the leg break, she could have been seriously injured, or worse. Do Not Buy. Pull from Market. If this company has any morals they will take this item off the market and never sell another one”

“Poor customer service. Part missing from order. When first contacted company they said they would see about sending part. Heard nothing after that. Made two more email requests for a replacement part. No response at all. Can only assume at this point that they are blowing me off. As stated very poor customer service.”
