Very difficult to pull the bag up the tree, because the zipper doesn't go the full length (not even close). Two things will make it easier next year. I'll use 2 of my old kayak steps to fold up & hold the lower tree branches (straps can stay on) and now that we've done it once, it should be easier. Definitely a 2-person job. I love that it stands in the corner of my garden shed, and has a smaller footprint than my old bag, & I don't have to deal with assembling the 3 sections of tree ever again. I was impressed with the multitude of webbing straps on the bag. It appears very sturdy, & is plenty roomy enough for very full & wide 6' tree.

This is a fantastic tree bag. It just needs two people to pack up the tree in it. I would highly recommend if you have someone to help you.

I was very excited to try this product based on the idea of storing the Christmas tree easily and the reviews I read and the videos I watched. I will have to defer until after Christmas on how well storage works. However, I can say that the bags are thick and the stand is sturdy. A few things I think could have been of higher quality to make it MUCH easier to manage are the wheel locks (they are too small to easily reach and manipulate once the tree is up), the cinch strings (the cincher doesn't work very well and I had to "fight" with it multiple times; this is a very important part of the whole concept of keeping the bag cinched around the tree base), and the stand itself doesn't hold the tree straight while you tighten in the screws (this makes it require 2 people, and still my tree is a little tilted).

Did the job of storing our decorated Christmas tree.

Great product. Only issues are the straps that hold the bag to the base. They won’t stay tight.

I purchased two of the Treekeeper XL Greenskeeper Rolling Christmas Tree Storage Bags for our 12' Christmas Tree. Going into the purchase I was skeptical that the tree would fit into just one XL Greenskeeper Bag. The tree arrived in two boxes about the same size as the Treekeeper bags so that told me there was no way all six sections of the 12' tree were going into one bag....but neither would I want it to. If you could get all sections into the bag you wouldn't be able to move it. Three tree sections fit nicely into each one. I emailed customer service before ordering to confirm if the wheels were plastic or rubber. I was told they were rubber. They are not. They are hard plastic that I wouldn't want rolling across my hardwood floors. I was able to find a set of 4" wheels (the wheels that come on it are 4.5") at Harbor Freight and have swapped them out. They roll much nicer, will support the heavy weight of the tree sections better and the bag will roll nicer across hardwood floors on the way to the tree set up spot. The bags come with two big handles/straps that are on top of the bag (the handles used to lift and wheel the bag are fine). To me the handles / straps are useless and I cut them off. There is no way to effectively lift the bag with these handles. I would have rather TreeKeeper put the money into better quality wheels versus adding the handles. I might try the internal straps but doubt I will hassle with using those given the three sections fit nicely with out them...again an area to take some cost out and/or transfer it to other components of the bag, i.e. quality wheels. A helpful hint when placing your sections in the bag keep the metal post end facing the opposite end from the wheels. If not when you pick it up to roll it those metal post section ends will slide down and into the canvas end of the bag...potentially puncturing the canvas like material. All in all a good solution as compared to other offerings available. The assembly was very easy once you see how one of the support rods goes together. The support rods (the internal frame) are put together in the corners with what appears to be a rivet. Once corner the rivet had come apart. I found it in the bottom of the bag, went to the hardware store and bought a similar size bolt, lock washer and nut to resolve. Easier then sending the unit back. The bags take up a lot of room so having a dedicated storage area would be a good idea. I would say if you are looking at storing a tree greater then three sections (you might sneak in a fourth section with some effort) you will need two of these.

Ihave the tree bag in the living room (unfolded) next to the tree. I haven't put it up yet; but looks good. I think I will enjoy it. Thanks~!~

Great quality bag! However, I should have read the dimensions more carefully as this is definitely meant for “foyer” (VERY slender) trees as the name indicates. It was too narrow for my tree so I am exchanging it for a different sized bag.

the bag was good, the material was good . The shipping time was way to long.

Lightweight bags (for up to 6' trees) are great and easy to manage. The bag for taller trees is way to heavy and cumbersome. Consider making a lightweight bag for taller slender (pencil) trees.

Bag very sturdy, easy to pull up over tree. Drawstrings hard to adjust. Keeper on drawstring didn't operate very well.

I am very pleased with both the size and strength of the bag. It holds my VERY full 9' Cashmere Fir quite nicely. There are, however, two things that I noticed that prevent me from giving it a "5 star" rating. 1) the small support bars on the inside that shape the bag are exposed and this allows the branches to get hung up when putting the tree in the bag. 2) The Velcro cover over the zipper goes across the bottom only, leaving the 2 sides open and thus leaving the bag susceptible to dust and critter entry. Aside from these two very minor suggested improvements, I can't imagine there is a better bag on the market and would highly recommend it!

Received my order quickly. It was a breeze to install under our tree. Haven't used it yet to cover and store the tree since Christmas isn't over yet. I'm sure it will make transporting and storing the tree much easier!

The basic large tree storage bag looked very good especially for the price. Unfortunately I need the extra large tree storage Greenkeeper bag. I didn't find this on the website when I ordered and actually thought I was ordering it. I have used the Greenkeeper bags in the past and they are great. Sturdy and robust, great for moving around heavy large trees. I have contacted customer service to return my extra large tree storage bag and purchase the Greenkeeper.
