If I could give zero I would. I have been trying to speak with an agent since early April. I spent £352.99 on a tent which was delivered to the UK in November but first use was March when we took a holiday to Spain, On pitching we discovered 3 small holes in the panels either side of the door. I have sent the information 11 times so far. After several questions and responses on the ineffectual chatbot I am told I will be contacted by email by an agent. This has never happened. They have taken my money and I am left with a defective tent.i know the complaint came 4 months after delivery but I didn’t want to pitch in the uk in the winter. I wrongly trusted that the packaged tent would be fine. More fool me!

Have ordered a backpack well over a month ago, and the delivery date has been pushed back time and time again. Is this really just a scam or will my backpack actually arrive someday?

One months order and still have no idea when it will be shipped.they say its not up to them when the producer will send it.but they are already be paid and the only thing they write is sorry..

I was cheated. I ordered the Leki walking sticks on 11.12.2023 and tracked the shipment the whole time. It was allegedly sent, but it was going for a very long time. After 10 days it turned out that for unknown reasons before reaching me it was turned back. I don't even know if it was sent at all or what was sent. Tracking the package, I saw that on 22.12 there was a notice that it had been returned to the sender. I wrote several times what about my parcel. The answer was that when the parcel reach them, they would refund the money. And still - over a month later - I have not received the refund.

I'm really disappointed that I've had to resort to complaining via social media I brought a pair of ski poles, on the 10th December, expected arrival 19th December, they didn't arrive until the 29th, missed our ski holiday and of course had to buy other ski poles. I've requested fairly, a free return and I'm being denied and I have no idea why? I paid £10 for delivery for an item which arrived 10 days late, and then have to spend £10 to return the item, meaning I'm £20 out of pocket for a trekkinn mistake. I expect a response to my emails. It's a shame as I was a regular customer

When I am writing this e-mail, it is 27.08.2023, and I have not received the order according to the e-mail below. According to your e-mail, this order should arrive on 14.08.2023.

This was one of the worst experiences on my life. I bought an Osprey Fairpoint bag at 4th of March. At the website it stated that there was a stock in the product and that would be sent so it would arrive at the 7th of March. After a few days they emailed me saying that it would arrive on the 17th. Qhen i tried to contact them, because i needed the bag before the 20th, they didn't know where the item was. But not at their "main warehouse". When i ask clarifications and solutions they just said that they couldn't give me one. Either i canceld the purchase or wait 2-5 days for an answear of the provider. All of this after i said 10 times i needed it urgently! Actually, the online assistant shut the chat down 2 times after i pleaded that they at least tried to call them! Ruuuude! Never, EVER buy from them! This is a sound advice. I will never do that. Try Deporvillage instead.

Companies should be measured when things are not going smoothly. When i bought from them in the past, all went well. Item has not arrived. After few lies and almost 6 months, they issued a refund to an expired debit card.

2 weeks after the order confirmation still no change of shipment status. Vague answers to information requests. “Your parcel is in transit, please wait for the tracking to update and keep following the below link. Hermes tracking takes some time to update. Follow this link instead.

Misleading advertisement Selling women shoes as man shoes without and note I ordered 10.5 us size shoes and received 10.5 women size which is one size smaller It’s not mentioned on the product list that it is a woman shoes and Trekkinn doesn’t take any responsibility Very unprofessional and unreliable

I had bad experiences with this shop before, but I risked again because they had my product in stock. And again it's a complete fail. The package was lost - courier has confirmed it and ensured I will get reimbursed, as soon as the shop starts the claim. But TrekkInn won't do that. They don't care. I lost hours talking to their support - sometimes they just close the chat and say they are not interested. Often they just ignore you. They have forced me to call numerous couriers, in 4 different countries and everywhere I get the same answer - it's the sender's (shop's) responsibility to start the claim. But TrekkInn doesn't accept that and won't help. It's been 3 weeks. I LOST TIME, I LOST PACKAGE, I LOST MONEY. It's just disgraceful and humiliating. Once again.

This the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with an online merchant. I rarely write reviews as, usually, everything is as expected and agreed. I am in Canada and ordered a product that it said would be delivered in ~a week - by the first week of December and would be shipped via Canada Post. I went to verify the location of the company and the only contact information that I could find gave a phone number local to me in BC. Based on the above, I had every reason to believe that I was ordering product from a Canadian company and it would be shipped from within Canada (i.e. no cross border issues). Turns out that the product shipped from the Netherlands and didn't even show as being in transit to Canada until the third week of December (which is not what I contracted for nor what I agreed to). The product has yet to arrive (winter will be over by the time I get my sweaters!). I have no indication that the product will ever arrive as they've now been showing in transit for almost a month. I asked very politely for a refund as I didn't get my products and they just tell me to keep waiting and that it's a covid problem. They have lied about how they were shipping them and refuse to acknowledge this or to refund my money. The customer service is terrible, they refuse to acknowledge their failures, they misrepresent their procedures and then require their customers to bear the weight of their failures. This is the worst company that I have ever purchased from and it's important that everyone knows that they don't tell the truth.
