"This was one of the worst experiences on my life.\r\n\r\nI bought an Osprey Fairpoint bag at 4th of March. At the website it stated that there was a stock in the product and that would be sent so it would arrive at the 7th of March. \r\n\r\nAfter a few days they emailed me saying that it would arrive on the 17th.\r\n\r\nQhen i tried to contact them, because i needed the bag before the 20th, they didn't know where the item was. But not at their \"main warehouse\".\r\n\r\nWhen i ask clarifications and solutions they just said that they couldn't give me one. Either i canceld the purchase or wait 2-5 days for an answear of the provider. \r\n\r\nAll of this after i said 10 times i needed it urgently!\r\n\r\nActually, the online assistant shut the chat down 2 times after i pleaded that they at least tried to call them! Ruuuude! \r\n\r\nNever, EVER buy from them! This is a sound advice. \r\n\r\nI will never do that. Try Deporvillage instead."

"I wish i could rate minus stars.\nThe last delivery day passed more than a week ago and i'm still waiting for the package or at least for a satisfying answer.\n\nUseless and rood customer service. They tolled me \"You must wait until then\". I asked when is \"then\"? The answer was \"until you receive it\". It's ridiculous.\n\nSurely, they will reply to this with another useless generic copy-pasted sorry to hear rubish like they do with the other fellows's reviews here. \n"

"Waited for more than 3 month, has spent huge amount of time writing to support - got nothing and order was closed. Have not received my money back, they've just silently closed it like nothing happened. The order itself was pretty expensive pair of climbing shoes."
