“Since I had not received my order by Christmas Eve, I called and complained. I immediately got a very kind call from a rep at Tressence who tracked down the shipment and it was finally delivered. Can’t say much for USPS, but I’m impressed and grateful for the personal care and service.”

“Really like this company for several reasons. First they have all of the different Mason Pearson products and explain each very well. Secondly they are competitively priced. Thirdly ship quickly . Fourth should you need customer service very nice. What more can a person ask for. Have bought alot from this company as they are just all around excellent.”
