“The nylon parts of the brush are painful. Wish I had purchased the version that was only boar hair. The Mason Pearson site has an option for "how to choose" but the results were not very helpful. Disappointing.”

“I was very pleased to have found Tressence as a company from which I might purchase Mason Pearson brushes. Upon ordering I was kept very well informed as to the progress of shipment. Exceptionally informed.. However, I ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange it for a more expensive brush. I have sent four emails, called four times, and for five business days have not had any response. This notwithstanding the note that is fixed to the telephone: "response by next business day “A rep. of the company called and apologized and made an exchange with a refund. All is well. The company made satisfactory amends cordially R. Nugent”

“This is not the mason pearson brush I was expecting. It is much smaller and the brush cannot grasp my fine hair when I am trying to blow dry my hair. I am disappointed in the quality of the brush.”
