We shipped this customer's order the same day it was placed. After following up with the customer upon seeing his review we jointly agreed to wait a couple of more days before taking further action. Fortunately, the brush was delivered within the agreed timeframe. Following delivery customer sent the following message: Mr. Bernstein Thank you for your persistence and follow up. Yes, it finally arrived a couple of hours ago. Best, Don Falcone

“Good customer service...ordered several brushes, one brush arrived that was not what i thought i was ordering, it was returned without any issue. Would order again from Tressence. Very happy with their products and service.”
