“I was happy with the selection of items that Triads offered. The shipping was pretty quick considering I'm located in the USA. However the box arrived damaged. I would recommend using a cardboard box to ship and not a bag. While it did have bubble wrap, it didn't survive the trip overseas. Other than that, I'm satisfied and will purchase from Triads in the future.”

“The product was good, Weber I wasn’t very shocked my the packaging. It was packaged in a brown battered box. For something worth a lot of money I would have expected much better packaging. The coat was in a blue bag which protected it so it was fine of course, but just a little something that I thought was worth mentioning to you.”
