“Great website, great range of products, just a shame that on this occasion the product quality was not right. The shoes I ordered in the sale arrived in good time but one shoe looked like it had been on display and tried on many times. Maybe that's why they were in the sale, and that's fine but they should've stated that. I'll still be going back though.”

Hi thanks for your comments much appreciated. We are not 100 % what happened with your shoes. Goods are supposed to be inspected before shipping perhaps these did not we have no control once they leave our store however we do issue free returns and were prompt with your refund. regards www.triads.co.uk.

“I GOT UP IN AT 1AM TO BUT THE ADIDAS GT MANCHESTER...EVERY SITE SOLD OUT BUT TRIADS...I CALLED THEM THE NEXT DAY AND TEH SHOP STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL TO CONFIRM MY ORDER...THANKS”

“I only received part of my order, when I enquired via telephone I was made to feel as if I was being dishonest. I received no correspondence for some 4 days and when I did I was simply given a refund, I didn't ask, at any point, for a refund, I wanted my order delivered completed. Having then stated my wishes via email, I have been ignored.”

Hi you ordered 2 pairs in a very heavy shoe launch where unfortunately we could not supply we had to only supply one pair not 2 pairs as other customers would have had none at all. You certainly weren't ignored you emailed on a friday evening when the offices were closed until monday however you chose to give us a bad review without giving us a chance to answer your questions, sorry we could not be more helpful. regards
