The thread that attaches to the back of the knob is loose and we had to fix with glue.

The product is very good, but not the look I wanted for my home. Tried to return them and there is no return instructions, address or statement to say I will get my money back. There is no phone number available or a person to talk to. I am hoping I am not stuck with my purchase and out the $100 I spent. Will not order from them again.

Hi Pamela, Thanks for your review but I honestly thing that is a bit unfair. All that you have mentioned i your review is shown very clearly on our site.. links below... I know you didn't manage to find these but did email us and we immediately gave you all of the information that you required even though it was an Easter Sunday. We delivered speedily all of the items you asked for in your two separate orders and you have every right to change you mind if the items do not work for you as you had maybe imagined. But at the same time we can not be responsible for the costs of shipping back the products that we sent in good faith. Sorry if this has made you angry but I think it is clear that in this case we have done nothing wrong. We normally have great relations with our customers and we are sorry you will not be coming back. I was disappointed that my order could not be cancelled as I had a computer problem and ended up ordering 2 orders of the same thing. I tried to cancel it but was not allowed so now have 2 of the same thing.

Hi Sharrin, Thanks for your msg.. but in this case as explained by the time you asked to cancel we had already shipped... so how could we cancel the order..? We did offer you the chance to return..... we have hundreds of orders each week and it is common that customers place an order then another as they have miscounted the quantity... So in this case I think your review is a little unfair as it was simply your mistake in making two orders.and we shipped very much on time and offered a good level service... I can't do the impossible and get the package back once it has left. Best Robert Trinca-Ferro

two of the items ordered I was completely happy with, but sadly the small glass knobs came away from the fitting as soon as they were in situ. Not a strong enough fixing.

Hi Hazel and thanks for your comment. Yes there does seem to have been a delay with your package delivery with the courier company. I will chase this up now. Like all e-commerce company we do have to use the major courier guys to deliver our packages, by and large they do a good job. Also certainly we do take payment before sending and I think that it is fair to say that is also a fairly normal and necessary procedure on the internet. This has no bearing on your package being delayed and I was sad to see you had the idea that we just wanted to take your payment and didn't care about the delivery. That is not the case. Door handles that i ordered in pink!! are actually peach!! not happy but haven't time to send them back.

Dear Rachel, Thanks for your review and so sorry you feel this way. We do try to represent and describe our products as well as possible in the images on our site and in our texts. Honestly we have never before had a complaint on this item. This pink is indeed a little peachy but I think the site images do show this fairly well.
