Order # 100028466 update The goods have now been delivered after chasing, emailing and texting. Last minute drama with the courier not been able to deliver because the duty had not been paid and then coming back a few hours later. No refund has been offered for a very late delivery. I like Trinca Ferro products but they really need to sort themselves out

We haven't received the knobs that we ordered yet, so cannot express an opinion on them, except for the delivery time.

Hi Rhett, Thanks for your message. You opted for our standard shipping service for your order and shipments are sent by International Signed For/Airmail and usually take 6 to 8 working days to arrive. This service doesn’t have the point to point updates like our premium DHL fast tracked courier service but is already included in the price of the product and your package will reach in the next couple of days. Still waiting for the parcel to arrive 10 days after ordering and the tracking information button on the account doesn’t work! So right now not overly impressed!

Sorry for any unusual delay .. you opted for our free delivery service with Royal Mail and we shipped on time but I have to say they have had a few delay issues in the last week but you should be out for delivery on Monday. The product was expensive but good quality but they were shipped from India with incorrect postage so I had to pay an additional £7 at the post office.

These drawer knobs were advertised as lilac but when I received them they were pink, so I now have 30 items I cannot use

Placed an order 12/4 and have yet to receive a shipping notification tomorrow is 12/24. . Since this is a Christmas decor item it will not arrive in time to use this year. How much sooner should I have ordered this to ensure on time Christmas delivery. I shall not order again due to unreliability.and no communication to update me on delivery progress.

Please double check you end as depending on the situation your package could have been left with a house mate, builder or nearby neighbor. You opted for our standard shipping service for your order and shipments are sent by International Signed For/Airmail and usually take 6 to 8 working days to arrive. We can only apologise if this delivery was slightly later than usual as there have been some weather issues that may have impacted and also the high volumes at this time of year have caused USPS some delays. Not impressed with the mess up with delivery of my order placed 6th December 16th and still not delivered have visitors arriving on Tuesday and furniture in their room has no knobs on furniture I paid extra for fast delevery am not holding my breaths Sylvia Winton Perth Tasmania 7300 as advised on order

We have chased this and yes there does seem to have been a problem with your package due to a postcode in putting error at DHL and it is being returned to us. I have had great service from this company in the past which is why I used them again. This time the product took ages to get to me and I had to pay a customs charge before my order could be delivered. I was not impressed 😒

After paying for your knobs I was then sent an invoice by D H L to pay import tax if this is to be payed by the purchaser it should be stated at the pay point on line, I have never been asked to do this on line before are you able to explain. Your product was lovely but this makes them far to expensive!

Our knobs do have different sizes depending on the models and we do put the dimensions clearly o the listing so that if you want to mix and match all is clear. Sorry if you have missed this. I ordered the 25-pack of seconds. The picture advertised was not indicative of what I received. While I knew the knobs wouldn’t be in perfect condition, the items sent went past what I would consider seconds and into the realm of very old stock that had been sitting around for years because they were ugly and no one would ever buy them. Sadly, they are unusable for my furniture projects and I have since placed an order for more knobs with another vendor.

We sell so many of these and the listing image provided is only to give an idea of the selection included in this offer as the knobs sent will always vary randomly in according to current seconds stock availability at the time of order enabling us to always offer this special discount deal. Our stock is always fast moving and I can assure you that those we sent had not been sitting around for a long time. Going forward if you require specifics.. like only patterned or just white please just drop a note with the order and we can easily adapt. Whilst initially I had an especially positive experience with Trinca Ferro in terms of their prompt delivery and the excellent selection of handles and knobs which were available, my experience has now unfortunately become a negative one as I simply cannot make contact with this company. Upon receiving my order approximately three weeks ago, I immediately realised I was going to have to return the door knobs as they did not match my kitchen as I had hoped. I attempted to contact the company by telephone next day to ask for guidance with regard to returning the order but there was no reply to the telephone number they had listed. Since this time I have made a number of attempts to both telephone and email the company but the telephone remains answered and there has been no response whatsoever to my emails. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience and while I have never previously had cause to post a negative review online, I felt in this instance I had no choice as I simply do not think it is acceptable for a company to be so attentive and helpful to it's customers at the ordering stage but to then ignore them when it becomes necessary to process a return. This has therefore turned my initially positive experience of Trinca Ferro into an altogether negative one:-( If someone at Trinca Ferro is reading this, my Invoice ID is 100010263 so can you please get in touch!!!!

Hi Martina, Thanks for your review and sorry you sound so upset, but all you need to do is simply email us normally if you have any issue. Our email handle is info@trinca-ferro.com and our office always returns quickly on any issue. I have just checked your email handle martina.1@btinternet.com and nothing has been received from you so far. It is very rare that we have any issues like communicated this by phone and as I have been travelling in India over these past few weeks sourcing new products I have not been able to pick up due to the time difference and bad reception. We ordered cut glass Kristina knobs in two colors (amber and transparent). We were delighted with how they looked on the cupboard doors, however, within a couple of days two of the amber knobs came off in our hands as we opened the doors - the glue had come unstuck. We have had to glue the knobs back onto the screws ourselves and are hoping that it doesn't keep happening. We loved the look but the performance has been very disappointing.

Hi Lynette, Thanks for your message and so sorry to hear of this issue.. we have not had this problem before with this top selling item. There could have been an issue with over tightening and for this we provide the silicone washers to cushion and keep the knobs perfectly in place. But we have already emailed you on this issue as DHL our courier partner are saying that they do not recognise the address you have provided and this is not on their system. The knobs when they arrived look nothing like they did online! To return them seems to be hard work so they have been thrown in a draw.

Hi Karen, We were surprised you have given us a bad review as we always offer a refund if the customer has a change of mind. But I would have to refute that this item is different to what you ordered…although of course images can vary a little for monitor to monitor. This distressed bone knob is a hugely popular seller and we have never had any issues before.. please see the image of what you ordered and what we sent below (the shipping images are of course unlit snapshots) All items on our site have images taken from the same batch of knobs that we ship. Maybe you messed something in the description, but sorry for any inconvenience
