“Ich habe 4 Stein-Knöpfe für meine Kommode bestellt. Wirklich tolle Qualität und sehr schön anzusehen bis auf einer der Knöpfe. Mir ist natürlich bewusst, dass Natur-Produkte nie identisch aussehen können, allerdings ist der eine Knopf deutlich anders und hätte meiner Meinung nach aussortiert werden sollen. Ansonsten ist alles top, auch der Versand war sehr schnell. Ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmal bestellen.”

“Gorgeous products and arrived promptly. My only complaint is that not enough of the plastic washers were supplied nor were there instructions in the box on how to fit them properly. Otherwise, very happy.”

“Nice website and lovely product. Very fast delivery. Only criticism for this particular product was the amount of plastic packaging - one little plastic bag for each knob, all within a larger plastic bag. I hope in the future an alternative, biodegradable solution could be considered.”

“I love how many choices of knobs they have and the prices beat many others. I just wish the online site would move as fast as my finger does and go directly back to the same spot after making a purchase or zooming in. Maybe you should have pages to make it quicker? Just an idea? But overall, I have been satisfied with the company and love the free shipping for us wholesalers.”

“I love the colorful and lively variety of knobs I ordered. The colors are accurate and the knobs are beautiful and fun. Prices are far more reasonable than other shops that offer similar products. My one complaint was the delivery box was crammed with broken packing foam, so removing the knobs was very messy. But I loved how Trina-ferro emailed me a picture of all the knobs I had ordered so that I could see them away from the website pictures. I would definitely order again and will praise the product to friends. The hardest part of ordering was limiting myself! So many beautiful choices! User friendly website, too!”

“I’m generally pleased with my purchase. I ordered 15 knobs. One or two of the screws were too short and one washer was too small. Be careful not to attach too tightly as I have ‘crushed’ one of the ‘metal’ backing plates by fixing the nut too tightly. My boring oak cupboards now look much better so I’m less inclined to paint them.”

“The cupboard knobs are pretty and good quality. There was an issue with DHL charging extra for a 'duty fee', but when I told Trinca Ferro they very kindly refunded me the extra £3. Trinca Ferro have been very patient with me and helpful.”

Hi Emily, Thanks so much for your review. Colours do vary a bit from monitor to monitor and we do always try to be as accurate as possible. We have never before had an issue with this product but you always have the option to return if you have had a change of mind We followed up on the review as you had emailed to say that you had difficulty accessing and required a link other and we were genuinely trying to resolve your issue.
