“We ordered x3 copper cupboard openers as samples to help us make a decision. All 3 are slightly tarnished. Also the attachment screws are not all straight, and are a little weak.”

HI Bale, Thanks for your message and sorry you have an issue. We have checked this out and you opted for our standard free shipping service for your order and shipments are sent by International Signed For/Airmail and usually take 6 to 8 working days to arrive. This service doesn’t have the point to point updates like our premium DHL fast tracked courier service but is already included in the price of the product and your package will reach in the next couple of days. We have already sent you the tracking and you can check this on the Australian post Service site. I won't repeat post your tracking this here now as this is a public domain. “Thank you for the opportunity to review my latest order. Unfortunately I have not received the order nor have I received confirmation it is being sent and when I shall receive. This is unusual, usually I receive a quick confirmation of the order and directly follows is information on shipping. Not sure what is happening.”

“Website was easy to use and my order arrived quickly. Items are as expected. However, the website leads you to believe that you are ordering items from the UK when in fact they arrive from New Delhi. While I have no objection to this, I want that information BEFORE I place my order - not when I receive an email from DHL informing me I have an additional £3.51 fee to pay on top of what I have already paid. For that reason alone, I wouldn't order again.”

“Prompt postage. Beautiful looking knobs. Not the best quality. My husband is a builder & puts knobs on doors every second day with no problems. We have now had 2 knobs crumble in our hands & my husband got a nasty cut on his hand. We were told by Trinca the first time that we over-tightened them however, if we left them any looser - they turn in the hole. I'm still waiting on a response about the second breakage. I have also noticed on a couple of other reviews that the same thing has happened to other customers. I just hope my other 23 handles stay intact.”

Hi Rebecca Thanks for your email and so sorry you have had an issue We sell thousands of knobs each month and the defect rate is ultra low, other wise we would honestly not be able to do this. We might get the occasional issue like anyone, but I can assure you this is not common. This model is a great seller for us and has had no no issues. Please send an image, but it sounds like you may have over tightened. At some point something will give if screwed on tight. Sorry for any inconvenience Best Robert Trinca-Ferro

“Products arrived swiftly and well packed, but were a very different shade from the website so they need to go back. Two emails to Trinca Ferro have not been replied to, but a phone call was very nicely handled and the goods have been returned. Yet to hear about a refund....”

Hi and thanks for your message. Items can of course vary slightly in colour from monitor to monitor depending on your settings, this is just a fact of life, but we have never before had any issue with this popular item. I think not easy if you are looking for an exact match with a paint colour. We are always quick responders to any email and possibly you mis-typed the address as mentioned in your call we had not received any prior communication. In fact our system does automatically send out an email with the DHL tracking number of all packages but occasionally this can go to yours spam.. perhaps this is the case in your situation. “Nice looking product (cricket ball door knobs) but I don't think that they are going to last very long... I am glad I did't pay any more for them. We have put them on lightweight cupboard doors and already within a week the actual knob seems to be coming loose from the bolt attachment.”

“The service was very prompt, but the description of the goods was entirely wrong, unfortunately the colour was completely different to the website. You need to really look at the colour representation and the reality of the goods. everything else about the service was very good, shame i can't use the pieces.”

“Cheap knobs. Quite attractive and good for cupbaords etc. but beware if using for heavy duty cirumstances like kitchens etc. not reaaly up to the job for that”
