“The products are exactly as they were described I'm very happy with them and they look beautiful in my restored TV cabinet. Incredibly happy with the speed of delivery but shocked at the price of postage, considering the size of the parcel and that it was just from Eagle Farm to Hervey Bay.”

“Pleased with the quality of the product but I ordered two "J" (black on white) door knobs. They must have come from two different batches as one "J" is smaller than the other.so do not match. I really needed them the same size so that they matched another pair I have.”

“I was pleased and impressed by how quickly the international shipment arrived at my home - just a few days. Now knowing that I will not have the opportunity on a subsequent review screen to say what "did not make me happy", I would like to add that I was not happy at all with the quality of one of the products ordered. Specifically, I ordered two enamel knobs with "bird heads" that looked great, colorful and cute on the website. The actual knobs were just a blob of brown for the bird's head with the beak so indiscernible, that the result looked no more like a bird than I do. My original plan was to purchase about forty of the knobs but now I will just donate this "nesting pair" to Habitat for Humanity ReStore. The other glass knobs ordered were of much better quality and I am pleased with that choice and the knobs delivered.”

“Great site with a great range. Fixed international postage (to Australia) excellent, and the immediate currency conversion on the website was great. SEO could be improved, I looked for hardware so many times before stumbling across this site - glad I did though. Two images of my purchase were emailed, because there was no content in the email it went straight to spam - I didn't open the images in case it was spam (a big coincidence I know, but I'm not taking the risk of having my computer affected!!) Sending the photos is a nice touch, so I'd encourage resolving this. Haven't received my package yet, so the review is based on the experience of the website and range.”
