“The screws are at least 5 times too long for an average cabinet door. Still trying to find some that fit”

“all well with delivery , part of product was faulty but was replaced after exchange of photos, foc, problem with our card security after transaction but dont know if this was related. in all probally would use again.”

“I ordered some retro style glass knobs and they were delivered from India in 2 days! - with tracking numbers and delivery details sent to me via email, All very thorough and prompt and a picture of my purchased items was emailed to me prior to dispatch with address and packing details. However just one problem, this picture did not show a few areas where the chrome paint for the metal surround had been a bit hap hazardly painted and so the knobs ended up with some chrome paint on the glass area. That said - they still look lovely and I wouldn't send them back,”

“The speed of service and choice on offer is great. However, one of the vintage looking glass knobs I bought broke as soon as I tried to fit it. Not the most sturdy design. This is the second time I have had issues with the products sent looking great but not being hard wearing.”

“I ordered 20 cabinet knobs which came quickly. Online customer service was great, and quality of knobs was good, however knobs came with screws that were much to long for them customer support recommended I cut them to fit and/or re-drill holes (!?) I spent an additional $8 to buy the proper screws. Rather frustrating.”

“Shipped fast, and products were of high quality, and exactly as pictured. i did think the shipping price was excessive- I would have preferred a cheaper shipping option, but I can appreciate that some people might want theirs tracked. It was well packaged! I would buy from them again :)”

“Unfortunately the knobs I ordered are white and I wanted off-white, or cream. To send them back will cost me as much as the knobs as you charge administration fees and I have to pay postage. So I probably won't use you again, although I thought the ordering system and delivery were very good. Sorry!!”
