“Have bought two bracelets, sizing is entirely random given that a large was gigantic and a medium was tiny relative. The reason for buying two is that the first "popped" off my wrist one day and disappeared. I thought it might have been something that was my fault, until the second one disappeared from my wrist after a week of wearing it too. In short, the bracelet clip is an awful design. I have had Trionz bracelets for over 10 years, but now I am £50 down without one and unlikely to buy another until they re-design them.”

“Have had many from Trion Z in a medium this one came and was too small. The response I got was that they are individual cut and differ in size!? How are you suppose to order the right size if you don’t know how big it’s gonna be? So do I order another medium and hope it’s bigger or order a large and it be too big!!??”

“I bought the Duo Loop, going off the size chart ordered the Large as it said 22cm. When it came it was exactly 21cm and too small. I phoned up and was told there may be a problem with their manufacturer and that the XL was 22cm (size chart says 24cm!). I then had to pay for the return but was told they would send the XL out as soon as they received my returned braclet by 1st class post. I received an email to say the braclet had been received and the replacement had been dispatched. I emailed to ask if this was by 1st class as they said and never received a reply. The email telling me the replacement had been dispatched said it should arrive by 27th Sept 18 ....... just over 3 days after the email saying its been dispatched.....certainly not 1st class as I’d been told. I can’t comment on the braclet yet! But customer service leaves a lot to be desired!”

“My new band arrived last week. I was happy with the look etc. but the clip must have been defective because within two days of putting it on, it detached from my wrist somewhere in London and that's it gone forever!! Frustrating because they are not cheap and my old one stayed on my wrist for three years without an issue.”

“I DO NOT KNOW! For the second time within the last three months, I never received my order. I can review your customer service does not exist. The only way to communicate with your company is by email and there is a five hours difference. So there is always a day delay, what a joke. If you are going to sell your product in the USA. Why not utilize your west coast warehouse. Apparently they only accept returns and exchanges. So I DO NOT understand your business model. Unless it's to ALIENATE your USA customers.”
