“Placed order a month ago, order still shows as 'processing' and despite 4 or 5 e-mails still no response or product. Not even the decency to respond and telephone number just tells you to e-mail.”

“Its been nearly two weeks my order have been placed and still no news of only then when I asked what is the status through email then here is the answer - ‘ Your order was for a item we do not hold stock of so we advise delivery is 2/3 weeks from placing the order. As soon as your item is received we will send it to you. Sincerely, Michelle’- Not very professional and apologetic not mention here and this is not my first time ordering from Trionz.”

“I am very disappointed with my purchase for my husbands Christmas present. The magnetic bracket is very cheap in cheap packaging. The magnets do not stick to a pair of scissors, there are no magnets presents. I was disgusted and wanted to return but he had told me he had cut to size so could not return. The bracelet is an absolute con, do not buy.”

“Try before you buy, I bought a small to medium last year and it is so tight I can't wear it, so I bought a M\L this time and I could probably be fit both wrists in! Poor sizing!”

“It takes forever to receive... no communication on updates...delay in receiving.. requires signature to receive package for a $40 bracelet, really? iPhones don’t require that...”

“Don't waste your time with the solo loop, unless you want to chuck away £25. I had mine for a month and during this time kept losing it. Because it kept falling off, I finally lost it. Really disappointed in the bracelet, the only reason I gave one star is because I had too, to leave a comment.”
