I got an email today to review the trion z product I ordered which I never got. This is unbelievable! Hopefully I will ever get this product otherwise I will ask for a refund!

It takes forever to receive... no communication on updates...delay in receiving.. requires signature to receive package for a $40 bracelet, really? iPhones don’t require that...

Don't waste your time with the solo loop, unless you want to chuck away £25. I had mine for a month and during this time kept losing it. Because it kept falling off, I finally lost it. Really disappointed in the bracelet, the only reason I gave one star is because I had too, to leave a comment.

Product arrived broken (pin had fallen out so cord was loose from clasp) so have returned and asked for refund, as not confident the construction of product is adequate. Waiting to see if refund will also be given for the cost of returning the product. I sincerely hope so!

Sizing poor, sent email but had no reply! Have returned item to be checked and replaced. Very disappointed I did not receive an acknowledgement of my issue.

Ordered product Wednesday before the 3pm cut off for Express delivery, product not arrived told that the cut off is now 1pm, then told product will be here on the Friday as it was sent out in the next post, and that it was out for delivery which I actually believed but yet I’ve just looked on Royal Mail to track it only to see it was sent yesterday and on a 48hr Delivery, Absoloute Joke won’t buy from here again.

I purchased Colantotte premium bracelet few weeks ago and lost it. The bracelet detached from my arm without me noticing. I was so disappointing with this product.

This company is attempting to do a majority of its business abroad making its ability to provide good customer service impossible. With the need to make an exchange ($33 for me to return the bracelets) due to size, reply emails to check on the delivery status took days and sometimes weeks and eventually 5+ weels to receive bracelets a size smaller that were too small to wear. Upon emailing them back twice to inquire on the should be length of a medium size, there has been no response three weeks later. Bottomline, you're taking a big risk purchasing from this vendor.

Order never arrived and no timeline was provided as to when it might be shipped or received. I communicated with Trion:Z and while it was indicated a re-order would be done, no specifics where given so I had to cancel the order.
