“Bought the duo for me, size L, fits ok and looks good. I also got the solo for my wife,size S. unfortunately it is far too small. My teenage daughter also tried it and is too small for her. Will be returning that one”

“Have had many from Trion Z in a medium this one came and was too small. The response I got was that they are individual cut and differ in size!? How are you suppose to order the right size if you don’t know how big it’s gonna be? So do I order another medium and hope it’s bigger or order a large and it be too big!!??”

Good Afternoon Edward Firstly I would like to apologise you have not received your bracelet yet. I can confirm your bracelet was dispatched from our Fulfillment warehouse on the 28th November, you should receive your bracelet by Monday at the latest. “Really like it, however I think I have an average size wrist so therefore I ordered a medium. However when it arrived it was quite tight so I would advise anyone thinking about purchasing one then be wary and order a larger size. Other than beight a bit tight on my wrist I really like this product.”
