“I began looking into magnetic therapy when I discovered my dog had hip and elbow dysplasia - many vets directed me to bioflow - but being me I needed to do my own research/homework - that’s when I came across Trion Z - their site was very informative - but I still did some more research before deciding that Trion Z really seem to be up there in magnetic therapy. I took the plunge and ordered and am not disappointed with their products or their service.”

“Both my husband and myself wear these. Helps quite a lot with aches and pains. Also bought my son one. We wear them all the time. Service excellent too.”

“Delivered the wrong bracelet! Should check more carefully before dispatching goods as it wastes time having to send back the incorrect one and wait for the new one. I couldn't comment on the correct bracelet, however, customer service/experience so far is poor!”

“Dual loop :Only been wearing it for 24 hours, so too early to tell if its amazing or not. Did struggle to get it on, in the end I pulled over my hand/wrist. Maybe a You tube link about how to open the magnets? But it does mean its not going to fall off :)”

“This company is attempting to do a majority of its business abroad making its ability to provide good customer service impossible. With the need to make an exchange ($33 for me to return the bracelets) due to size, reply emails to check on the delivery status took days and sometimes weeks and eventually 5+ weels to receive bracelets a size smaller that were too small to wear. Upon emailing them back twice to inquire on the should be length of a medium size, there has been no response three weeks later. Bottomline, you're taking a big risk purchasing from this vendor.”
