“Order never arrived and no timeline was provided as to when it might be shipped or received. I communicated with Trion:Z and while it was indicated a re-order would be done, no specifics where given so I had to cancel the order.”

Hi Mark, as confirmed with you last week via email - we have sent you a replacement for the missing posted item, which can be tracked here http://track2.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track?trackNumber=RV541818495GB please note we are in the UK so delivery to the US does take longer.

“I have had a few Troon:Z bracelets and although this needed some adjustment to fit it was straightforward and instructions clear to do. It is a good fit & comfortable to wear.”

Good Afternoon Andrey I have contacted the courier company who advised your product cleared customs on the 3rd December. Your bracelet was out for delivery yesterday. Due to the large number of parcels passing through customs this time of year we have been advised delays could occur. “I have a 19.5cm wrist size so went for medium. Should have got a large as I haven't been able to wear mine as it's unbearably tight. So if your close to the upper sizes listed go for a size up”

Hi Bruce Sorry to hear your Duo is too tight - mediums only fit a wrist of up to 18cm, therefore would not be a suitable size for a wrist measuring 19.5cm. You can return unworn products as long as you have the packaging and they are in a resell-able condition, we will happily exchange this for you. Kind regards Trion:Z

“Have bought two bracelets, sizing is entirely random given that a large was gigantic and a medium was tiny relative. The reason for buying two is that the first "popped" off my wrist one day and disappeared. I thought it might have been something that was my fault, until the second one disappeared from my wrist after a week of wearing it too. In short, the bracelet clip is an awful design. I have had Trionz bracelets for over 10 years, but now I am £50 down without one and unlikely to buy another until they re-design them.”

“I ordered 2 bracelets in size S and referred to the sizing chart before the purchase. Also measured my wrist to make sure. Turns out the bracelets are far too small. I will be sending them back. It took an awful long time (around 2 weeks) for them to arrive anyway...it almost felt like they were coming from China. So I'm dreading another wait.”

Your order as placed on the 23rd of November which was Black Friday, we stated on the website, due to high demands caused by Black Friday and Cyber Monday - there could be up to a 7 day delivery time.
