“The product itself is great. Looks great, is just what we needed - and at a good price. The only negative is that the bag it came with probably won't last long, in fact the very first time I put the banner back in the bag (in my office - not at an event, it hadn't traveled at all) it already had a tear in it. So overall I'll say 4/5. *EDIT: TRT sent me a new bag for the banner stand and said they are using the feedback about the bag in discussions with the bag manufacturer. This is excellent service and they weren't pushy at all about editing my review - I'm impressed that a company with great prices is offering great service too, now I'd highly recommend TRT and give 5/5 stars. “I purchased the 39'x41' retractable banner with a wide base. This is a very nice sturdy sign. Nothing is going to knock this banner down; the base is larger than I thought it would be and is rock solid. The banner itself feels thick and long-lasting. I would have preferred that the two separate bar pieces be connected and to lock in place for extra stability, but it seems fine. Also, I can't tell which part of the bar goes up or down; I tried it both ways and I don't think it makes a difference. The banner comes with a nice tote bag with handles and the bar pieces also tuck into their own bag.”

“I ordered the Quick Fabric Table Top Banner 31.5" x 59.5. TRT did an outstanding job printing my display. However, the best part about ordering from TRT was ... the ordering process. As a graphic designer, I appreciate the correct template they provided, the clear artwork requirements and the upload process for large files. Even though graphic designers (should) know what to do, every printer has its own specifications. It was nice to be able to find everything online, follow the guidelines and upload to an easy to access FTP site. About the display - it looks amazing and my customer is thrilled. My design has several high-resolution images of pools and landscapes on it. The photos printed crisp, clear and bright. All the colors on the display - including fonts, graphics and photos - are true. The background fabric of the design is white, which can be scary, but the fabric of this display is a nice thickness so it is not see-through nor does it look cheap. It pops up easily and will set-up in a matter of seconds. I'll definitely order from TRT Banners again.”
“The service was efficient and helpful. Quick turnaround time. I will say, when first "opening" the table top banner, I spent 20 minutes trying to expand it. It was stuck. After much persistence and broken finger nails, I was able to get it to retract. It looks beautiful. Great value, truly and I will purchase again but you may want a warning label for first time use. And yes, I did watch the video which is very helpful.”
