“I think the product is a good value and I'm pleased with the final product. I had no issues with uploading the design. The proofing process was efficient and the delivery time was satisfactory. The banners look great. My only reason for a 4 star review instead of a 5 star review is the casing the banners roll out from is difficult to open and keep open while the banner is unrolled. I really needed another pair of hands to avoid damage to the banner. When I got another set of hands to help me, they were promptly pinched when the casing snapped closed again. But that's been my only issue. It's a great product. I would recommend it to someone who wanted an affordable way to display their company.”
“Everyone is extremely helpful and courteous. When I experienced a production problem (color shift in the background) Sarah was quick to rectify the situation and send out new tablecloths. I will alert customers to one issue. The tablecloths are now made with a new fabric (appears to be a more lustrous blend of rayon and polyester) which alters the background color considerably. I would suggest that customers pay for a sample print if color consistency is important to your brand. Also the new fabric does appear to wrinkle more straight out of the plastic wrap. I have not tried a clothes steamer to ameliorate the situation.”

“I placed my order for 3 retractable banners and was able to upload the artwork with ease. Joe reached out very quickly regarding my proofs and pointed out that I may need a higher-res image for printing (thank you, Joe!). I made the correction, uploaded and approved the proofs. They were printed in 2 days and shipped out. Communication regarding my order throughout the entire process was exceptional. Everything was shipped in a timely manner and arrived undamaged. All 3 retractable banners came in a very nice black carrying case and upon opening them I seriously could not be happier regarding the quality.
