“Good looking clothes - I had 50/50 experience. Half what I orders fitted the other half was miles off. So I think sizes are hit and miss. However customer service was brilliant and refund is pending.”

“The online store has different management to the in house store. I’d been searching for a suit for three weeks, as i couldn’t get the correct waist size.Found Tru clothing online and put in an order over the phone, so i could mix and match trouser/Chest size i.e 50 chest with 46 waist rather than 44.I needed this package as the wedding was in 8 days. They put the wrong address in, then when i called to amend after i didnt recieve my suit after three days (DPD kept saying i missed my parcel), they told me it was my fault. The suit then came and the trouser size was 44 after i had clearly ordered 46. I called up again and i was told they didnt have 46 or anything higher…their best advice for me was to travel one hour away to try and get it amended.In store Mo was very helpful, however i wasnt able to get a suit in the end.”

“I ordered multiple suits for my wedding. Checkout was a breeze and they all shipped and arrived super fast! I’m international and received it in 3 days. Even Amazon isn’t that fast sometimes!”

“Absolutely first class service! Yasim was extremely helpful in resolving my issue with an exchange. The quality of the product is outstanding! One tiny downside is the trousers I ordered measured approx an inch or so shorter than labelled. However, they offered to resolve this but unfortunately I didn't have the time to send them and wait for return before the wedding I was attending. So, that's why it's a tiny issue, because there was no hassle in resolving it. I just didn't have the time to wait, so that was on me. Delivery time is excellent too and I live in a small village up the North of Scotland. Sometimes Amazon can't even delivery that quick to me! So well done. Truclothing is 5 star all round in my book and I will definitely be shopping here again and also referring all my friends here too. Especially as we all enjoy going out in a suit. Thanks again ?”

“I ordered a 3-piece suit, shirt and tie recently of which I am happy with the quality and the price but the service I received was above and beyond as I had ordered the wrong size. The team made it hassle free getting it exchanged and returned all while keeping me informed so thank you very much”
