“This company a damn joke,they don't send return lable,never open when there suppose to be....about to report them...period!!”

“Without question, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. For a brand that has been around this long, the level of disorganization and incompetence is shocking. There is no way to speak to a real person by phone. Text support is dismissive and unprofessional. Email responses take weeks, if they come at all. All I needed was to update the shipping address on an order. Instead of helping, they claimed it “wasn’t up to them.” That is simply false. With FedEx, the recipient cannot change the delivery address or reroute a package. Only the sender can make that change. They either do not understand their own shipping policies or chose not to take responsibility. I wasted hours trying to fix something that should have taken minutes. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. For a brand of this size, this level of customer support is embarrassing.”

“I sent items back over 3 week ago have sent numerous emails, no reply back , no refund . Everytime I request to speak to a live agent it says it’s after the hours when I’m clearly contacting them during their business hours!!!!! I want my refund!!!!”

“True religion will offer you overnight shipment via FedEx for a handsome fee unfortunately they do not have overnight shipping. It’s false advertisement and when you find that out like I did, they’re gonna tell you that you should’ve read their store policies because of the ignorance in their logistics it takes them two days to ship so you’ve already lost out on your overnight shipment so you’re looking at 3 to 4 days before you receive the overnight overnight shipment stay away from these people.”

“This low character company charged $41.00 for overnight shipping that was an option and the price of course that didn’t happen and these ppl placed the onus on me by saying I should have read their company policy over night could mean 2-3 days because they don’t ship right away DONK!!! Then why in the Fauxx are you offering overnight shipping do you dreebs know that means arrival the next day don’t buy from these ppl my one and only mistake with this company I was about to buy more jeans and jackets but no waaaay in satans he’ll”

“I have been a long time customer of true religion and love their brand; however I ordered a pair of jeans a couple of months ago and decided to finally take them out to wear them. I finally open them and notice they were defected. I emailed customer support and there response was appalling coming from what suppose to be a great company. I am very disappointed.”

“Absolutely horrible customer service. The removed the ability to actually call them and changed to text or email only. This is because they moved the customer service to another country where English is their second language. They are liars that have never even seen the True Religion website. I am pretty sure that they are customer service reps that work for multiple companies and just have some random responses to any complaints.”

“I purchased two pairs of jeans. One strangely was far too big so i returned them via carrier. 27 days later after receiving the jeans back I’m still chasing the refund. Now looking at escalation outside of the organisation. It’s robbery!”

“This is the worst customer service ever. You cannot get help if you need it. I purchased gift cards for my daughter through the online store and cannot find the original email they sent. I have been trying to get copies for a week now. I have texted and I have emailed, as they do not have a number to speak to anyone. They tell me they resent the gift cards, I tell them no they haven't. I showed proof of my inbox (pics sent through text), proof of my spam, proof of my search of true religion in my mailbox. I am at my wit's end, and at this point, it's theft on their part as they have 350 of mine that I cannot seem to get back. I will never purchase anything from them again.”

“Worst costume service I ever encountered! Super shady answers and don’t give any clarification . I’ve ordered a pair of jeans on their site ,they later shipped me the wrong color, and changed the name of the color on their site ! Nothing I’ve done helped me get any compensation. I sent them screenshots and proof and all they do is send automated emails and then end the conversation. By far worst experience I had shopping online”

“I placed the order and have my old shipping address on there soon as I noticed this two minutes later, I tried to contact True religion. To change my shipping address. They told me after the order was processed but they couldn’t do anything to help. My package was delivered to the wrong address and stolen. True religion has no one to talk to you on the phone. Their company is a big scam people make mistakes about shipping addresses all the time. When you’re ordering hundreds of dollars in clothing there should be a way to help out the consumer.”
