I ordered a sweatshirt on December 3rd. It shiped out on Dec 6th. It arrived in Missouri on Dec 7th and there it sits for almost 12 days no movement. True religion apparently has no customer service no one answers phones. No one answers emails. I've sent at least 10 emails asking why. I've also tried to cut out contact The Carrier FedEx but they too will not answer phone calls or allow me to put a claim in on this tracking number. I'm just trying to get somebody to answer why and where is my stuff. This is pretty much unacceptable from a company who sells online.

I ordered 8 shirts from them which ended up not fitting and I don't know how bc I ordered a medium and wear a small but they were still too small and I've tried everything in the world to get ahold of customer service to return them and I can't get any help whatsoever and there's not a store located in my state so I'm just stuck with 8 shirts a lot of money worth bc I can't get anyone to help me with a return. Then their website said 1 free shipping label and only one label per order and now the bot is trying to tell me I have to pay to ship it back. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'll never buy another thing from them. I hate I reordered like it said to do. It said to exchange you had to return and reorder. We'll I reordered but they won't help me return the sh!t. I'm so done with this business it's not even funny. Sit there and waste 300 dollars of mine is absolutely insane bc I can't get help from any of your customer service. The worst mistake I've ever made in my life was ordering from them. If your debating bc you are unsure if the size then don't do it your absolutely fd if you have to exchange or return something. Just being honest about it. I hate this store now.

I've work TR for years. A few months ago I ordered a sweat suit. The hoodie didn't have pockets and the pants had holes in both pockets. I sent email about this issue, before I wore the sweat suit. I was basically told they couldn't do anything about the issue. Needles to say, I have not made anymore purchases from TR and I do not plan on doing so. I've even stopped my adult children and friends from ordering as well. Treat your customers with respect. Your product was defective and you should've honored that.

Do NOT order from this company. They'll take your money & ship FedEx which is not a reliable service. I ordered $350 in merchandise & FedEx "lost" it. Okay, I contact True Religion via their "customer service" text line. I held for FOUR HOURS! Finally get a rep & as soon as I reply their text line is closed for the day! They'll take your money but good luck getting your order or your money back!

True religion was a great name brand for retailers to sale. True religion cannot be found in Ross for less. Truly turns me off you can buy them for $20 now their jeans so I don’t buy them anymore from their website when you could just wait on them to come to a store like Ross for less🙄

This company sends out codes that they know doesn't work. I contacted customer service and received no help at all! I received an email with a code this morning and it does not work. My purchase is $234 before taxes so the code should have work. Customer service (James Q) told me that this code has not been valid for a week.

I will not order from True Religion anymore. They have no customer services at all, you can only text them ask for help. I texted them but they didn’t help to resolve the problem, not like other brands, who always help. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy true religion

Another vote for poor customer service, ordered a wrong size, seems impossible to return the item, no response to any emails. Sent 5 emails, one reply stating my request is closed. Closed for whom?? Save yourself a hassle and if you like their products shop in store.....

This company sucks there’s no customer care services I lost 140.00 due to wrong address on my order these people will not honor you when the mistake is over n there end this is terrible no one to help you.

Return on order to the outlet store at Woodbury Common on 08/26, tracking said it was delivered on 09/4 and signed for by M Guzman. Today is 10/23 and I still haven’t received my refund or any kind of communication from True Religion, try to call the 800 number ring without an answer, emails, text all go unanswered. Worst company ever.which I had read the reviews before buying. I never had to return anything I buy from them before so I really didn’t think to check the reviews, but buyers beware read reviews before ordering from this company.will never shop from this store again

Horrible. Theres no phone number to call, no one answers your emails, customer service is garbage. I ordered an item twice by accident and wanted to cancel one. Nobody responds. On their website it says they don't cancel orders. They're overpriced as it is and have the nerve to not provide proper customer service. Never shopping with them again. Not worth it to me.

Terrible customer service via chat and extremely rude. My package was lost by FedEx and FedEx advised to call the company and get them to file a claim. Instead of doing that they told me I had to wait longer and ended the chat. Very rude!

9/6/24 I placed an order with them and they sent me the wrong items. They do not have a phone contact, and can only be contacted via email and text. There is no chat feature on their website either, though they state it has that option. I told them they sent the wrong item, and they just told me to request a refund, and reorder. Now the promo price has changed, and they say they will make that adjustment. However, it doesn't change the fact that they messed up the order, and now I have to go out of my way to return something that was in their error. And yes, the text customer service is Lynda M., and only replies with default responses that are utterly useless.

Horrible! How are they still in business. Can’t even talk to anyone. To return something, they have to send it back and then you get a refund when the item arrives to who knows where. Even if you take it back to the store.

I made purchase the other night, the order went through at 11:54PM! I went back on the site the next day to look at jeans and notice that both hoodies I ordered were on sale even further. The $83 dollar hoodie was now $71 and the $60 hoodie is now $50. I reached out by email, sent screenshots of everything. My order #, the receipt, how much the hoodies are now and how much I paid, just 6 minutes before the next price drop occurred. I got a notification that true religion refunded me 52 CENTS!!!! I was in the process of placing another order and said forget it! Had I purchased items anywhere else and the price changed 6 minutes later, I would absolutely be given the difference. I had also clicked to redeem my $15 in points before I noticed the price difference, well, that's gone now too. So I lost $36.42 to a company that just lost a loyal customer. True religion jeans WERE the only jeans I would wear because of the authentic jean materials. They have since started slacking on the quality of clothes they're putting out and I have at least 4 pair of jeans in my closet I will not wear because they are either too thick of jean and not the 100% cotton or they just made the inseams so incredibly long that the jeans go up to my chin. Typical for a company that goes from very little people actually wearing their brand, to more and more people wearing it... guess it went to their head and it became a quantity over quality. What a shame.

I placed an order for my sons back to school clothes. The order was almost $400. I seen a picture from FED EX showing the package but by the time I got home from work there was no package. I filed a claim thru True Religion they asked me to file a police report which I did and then they said. No Refund it says your package was delivered. I told them I never received anything, someone should of been asked to sign for it but they just ignored me and the phone number doesn't work.

I made purchase totalling $236. And ask if the can give me a store credit because the size was very mid leading and super huge so I went ahead and purchase smaller sizes hoping they would of give me a store credit for the first purchase and they told me they are sorry they can’t do anything because I pass my 30 days. When I explained that I was not in the country and had no way to get to the item. So I guess as they say it’s my loss they can’t help. That’s a joke especially when customers spend a lot of money in the store.
