“Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered my stuff December 6 was guaranteed Christmas delivery. Took me the entire day to reach a customer service agent through text. I tracked my package to fed ex facility in Orlando its been there since the 14 of Dec. Tried to.open case with fed ex they said the shipper needs to do it. Its impossible to get any satisfactory customer service response. Many of my Christmas gifts are in that missing package. I am not able to buy more gifts so now I will have next to nothing under my tree. I am beyond angry and after this I will NEVER purchase from true religion again.”

“Companies like these sadly have a great product, but need to change the CEO. Eventually their dismal customer service will affect their profit! I was caught completely off guard when I went to a TR store to return my online purchase only to be told that they do no refund for purchases online" That's not what the website says" Class action suit? I would definitely say there is a case! I am still waiting on my refund, all I see is "In Transit" been like that for weeks. Companies like this disgust me, must be foreign owned.”

“This company is a complete scam! They took my money, gave me a bogus tracking number, and now no one is answering or trying to contact me back about this issue! But they got the right one, and I'm calling texting and emailing every dawn day till the refund my money!”

“This was my first time ordering from True Religion and it will most likely be my last! I bought my son a pair of $219 jeans for Christmas and paid for rush shipping. Here’s where it goes bad… I receive the jeans on 11/23/2022… so I thought! I open the package to wrap them up for my son for Christmas (it was the only thing he wanted) they sent me the completely wrong jeans! Wrong color, wrong size, wrong style! I reached out and customer service was extremely rude as if I’m the one that did something wrong! My son’s Christmas gift was ruined thanks to True Religion and their carelessness. They told me I had to send them back and it would take 2-3 weeks to get my money back and that I would need to repurchase the ones I was supposed to get in the first place! Yeah sure I have another $200 to re-purchase my son’s jeans but either way he will be going without his Christmas gift and then they disconnected the chat and went offline! Oh and I asked if they could at least give me my rush shipping that I paid for so I could get the correct jeans sooner and they told me NO that they would only honor ground shipping. This has been nothing short of a disappointment and a disaster! I have never had something like this happen before. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!”

“Purchased 2 pairs jeans on sale cost over $200.00. FedEx delivered to wrong address. FedEx took photo of delivery of a house, I live in apartment. Several emails to cs only reply is please send address. Sent my address. No assistance. This worst shopping experience ever. Unbelievable. FedEx not helpful. Contacted FedEx within 1/2 hour of delivery to wrong address, FedEx reply, crickets. Text to TR you get oof try again 🤬”

“Scam company, be careful & never buy from, they will steal your money, no refund , items not as advertised, they never respond , I doubt they even have customer service. If people commented here want do a class action lawsuit let's all do it together.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Same experience - bought items and they were unable to fulfil however they took the full payment out of my paypal. Advise to get your refund back if you used paypal - go through paypal dispute and if they tell you to close the paypal dispute for them to process your refund, please DONT! I was stupid enough to do that on one of my orders made in November and till date the refund has not been processed - they will lie to you that they have processed the refund but its all lies! Another order for refund has been escalated to Paypal - Paypal demanded a refund from True Religion, they send Paypal an echeque! that was like 5 days ago. Paypal contacted me yesterday that the echeque didn't clear! Paypal is now demanding another refund. Please be warned, stay off this site . Fola”

“First off customer service is horrible pertaining to the call center(text only). It's been 3 months now that I placed an order online that was roughly $1200 USD. And up to now have I seen the package to be delivered to me but carrier says they delivered....imagine I ordered about 6 different denim jeans outfits and shirts......so it's a large box and pretty heavy you would think.....true religion offered free shipping......I was a loyal customer up until now.....all my other orders I ever placed with true religion came with picture shown as proof of delivery....all of a sudden the most expensive delivery doesn't?.....I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM TRUE RELIGION ONLINE.....GO INTO THE STORE AND MAKE PURCHASES......$1200 LISTEN LEARNED!!!”

“I order from True Religion 2 coats. I never received the coat. The used a carrier FedEx smartpost who marked my package as deliver. I never received anything. You can’t contact anyone in customer service. Email takes days and they don’t want to refund you if it more than one item that’s was supposed to be marked as delivered Same date and time they will refund you for one item that is marked as missing and give you the excuse of Marked as delivered for the other item.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and 1 pair of hoodie and 1 pair of jogger. My total was over $150.00 but they still charged me $10.00 shipping. when I email True religion they told me I should e-mail them once order will be shipped. After they ship my order I received a e-mail from True religion that they only sending me 1 pair of jean and 1 jogger. I thought they will issue me a credit and charge what they are sending me but they didn't. They charge me for 1 pair of jean and 1 Jogger same price and 2 jeans and 1 jogger and 1 hoodie. When I text message true religion and told them this is wrong and they owe a money. I explained them, send them pictures for the order and told this jeans was on sale but agent did not want to hear anything. She told me the jeans wasn't on sale. I send her screenshot for the order and told her I can also e-mail that order to her but she didn't want to hear anything. I would not purchase anything anymore from them.”

“TERRIBLE!!! BAD COMPANY!!!! I ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF JEANS WHICH WERE ON SALE FOR $85 AND $95 AND THE TOTAL SAID ONE AMOUNT AND THEN AFTER I ENTERED MY CREDIT CARD THEY CHARGED ME $208. I TRIED TO CALL THEM, CHAT, EMAIL, AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER. JUST A BOT SAYING OOOF OOOF SWEET CONSTANTLY. I EMAILED AND TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER. THEY NEVER CANCELLED MY ORDER OR GAVE ME CREDIT FOR THE FALSE ADVERTISING. THE JEANS CAME LIKE 3 WEEKS LATER. VERY BAD QUALITY. VERY POOR QUALITY JEANS. I USED TO LOVE THE TRUE RELIGION BRAND. NOW I HATE THE ENTIRE BRAND. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WANT TO RETURN THE JEANS AND CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER TO SEND ME A RETURN LABEL. THERE WAS NO PACKING SLIP, NOTHING. NOW I'M AFRAID I MIGHT BE OUT $208 AND WITHOUT JEANS THAT FIT PROPERLY. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM TRUE RELIGION!!! TRY TO CALL THEIR 'SO CALLED' CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH! BAD BAD BAD COMPANY!!!
