“Just starting to use some of my buys, truffle oil it's tastes delicious. Can't comment on everything as some were presents to go in Christmas hampers.”
“Loved the truffle powder; an affordable authentic alternative to fresh out of season truffles. Speedy delivery, well packaged. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.”
“I have been using truffle hunter for nearly 3 years so I was very disappointed to see when my usual order of truffle balsamic vinegar arrived that it is now in 100ml bottle instead of 250ml and furthermore is almost the same price, this is not clear on the website, agreed partly my responsibility to check the sizes have not changed but as it was in my mind roughly what I paid for the previous bottle only two months before I assumed it was the same. A bit sneaky. Not sure about truffle hunter anymore. UPDATE 9/08/21 I received a call from truffle hunter today who have offered to refund my purchase and explained the 250ml is no longer available for retail however as I own a hotel and restaurant I can now buy for my restaurant in the appropriate size bottles, this is a satisfactory outcome and I thank Truffle Hunter for remedying the situation, this how customer service ought to be done.”
“Excellent products. We have been using the black and white truffle oils for a while now and they are every bit as good as the oil we used to bring back from Croatia. We recently purchased some fresh truffle and the truffle shaver both of which i am very happy with. Will be ordering more products soon.”
“Perfect again. Our winter truffles were delivered in perfect condition . They have an amazing strength of flavour. Much more pungent than the summer truffles ordered a few months ago . Service and ease of purchase is excellent with TruffleHunter. Will be recommending to everyone we know. Thank you.”
“Some of the truffles looked good but a lot of them were off and then after tasting some we were very misled as they had all lost there flavour NOT BUYING AGAIN”
“Gorgeous varied products and at different price points so you can get your truffle fix without having to spend a fortune. My parcel arrived quickly and was well packaged. I experienced a bit of difficulty with the online payment system so had to go via Paypal - not sure if that was my card or online tool.”
“I received confirmation that order was dispatched not long after I made the purchase. Great communication and super speedy delivery (by far the quickest out of all online orders I’ve recently made from several suppliers). When the order arrived it was in a branded box and my chilled items were packed separately and securely in a sealed polystyrene box with chill packs. Seriously couldn’t not have been happier with my order and I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again- thank you to all of the TruffleHunter Team!!”
