“I have been using truffle hunter for nearly 3 years so I was very disappointed to see when my usual order of truffle balsamic vinegar arrived that it is now in 100ml bottle instead of 250ml and furthermore is almost the same price, this is not clear on the website, agreed partly my responsibility to check the sizes have not changed but as it was in my mind roughly what I paid for the previous bottle only two months before I assumed it was the same. A bit sneaky. Not sure about truffle hunter anymore. UPDATE 9/08/21 I received a call from truffle hunter today who have offered to refund my purchase and explained the 250ml is no longer available for retail however as I own a hotel and restaurant I can now buy for my restaurant in the appropriate size bottles, this is a satisfactory outcome and I thank Truffle Hunter for remedying the situation, this how customer service ought to be done.”
