It's been good so far but it be nice to be shown more options of different medications soon as possible. Thank you.

Hi Vincent, Thank you for your feedback. Besides Tadalafil and Sildenafil, we have Vardenafil available, which is similar to Levitra. We just launched a new premature ejaculation spray too. In the world of online everything these days, I really tip my hat to Truman Very quick off the start and responsive to any inquiries, but I feel there could be some room to improve on being proactive/following up.

Was a little difficult to supply the government ID as I'm not that technical. May be an issue for others. Tried both ED meds and found the blue pill was more like the original then the orange. Would not have re ordered the orange, Hope this helps.

Very easy service to setup. Medication arrives on time. My only concern was signing up for monthly delivery. However I shouldn't have been worried as it was easy to put the order on hold for a month. So all said I would highly recommend the service.

My main concern was with the late deliveries. Twice I had bad experience with very late delivery and was provided was wrong arrival dates. As for the pills, the effect was less than what I expected, it did help some though. Fred Soufane

Thanks for taking the time to write a review Mr.Soufane. I’m so, sorry to hear that this happened. Please allow me to explain. The 2 arrival dates were due a system glitch, every time a tracking number is generated, you receive an automated notification . The team had noticed that there was not apartment number on your file so fixed it immediately and entered a new tracking number. This sent you another notification and thus the confusion arises. This was totally our fault, this should have been communicated to you and I’m sorry that we let it happen. I want you to know that I will be passing your comments on to our customer success team who will definitely be more aware of such situations in future. I have been very satisfied with the shipment of my medication. What I will want additionally is an opportunity to speak to one of the medical personnel to review the progress of my treatment.
