“Product is not as it says it is. Does it took me almost a month to receive my products and then I receive no results, not even a little. Company says they will send me a better product to enhance results, still haven’t received that product and it’s been almost a month! Bette Todd to go to Crest White Strips!”
“I ordered the LED mouth piece kit at the end of February. Emailed customer service that the mouthpiece didn’t stay on longer than 30 seconds so they sent a replacement. By the time I received it I only had 15 days to use it before my return date was up. I wrote a review after a week of trying and not seeing any results, they responded to use a full 21 days to see results. It is now past return and I haven’t noticed anything change in my teeth since starting. Do not recommend, especially for the high price!”
“Don’t buy this product and if you did you should return it. The cord is broken on the mouth piece and all products came either already expired and close to expiration so you can’t get the full six months out of them. Customer service was not at all helpful. Honestly worst purchasing experience I have ever had with a company.”

“This product worked well when I first received it. I used it 4-5 times. Then I was fitted with braces and couldn't use it for approx. one year. Now it won't work. It turns off after 30 seconds. SNOW sent me another one, which turned off after 15 seconds. They sent me a third, which turns off after 30 seconds. No explanation or trouble shooting as to why this is happening. I'm done with SNOW. I can't keep wasting time like this.”
