“It's been a month I am using the Extra strength gel with the mouthpiece from snow. I did not see any result yet! I don't know how others got a quick result! Maybe it's just me who got dissatisfied and totally disappointed with the product. I don't know I should recommend it or not because I saw many reviews who said it perfectly works for them. But to me, it's a time and money wastage.”

“Honestly speaking, I am greatly disappointed with SNOW. I consistently did the max recommended time (30 min.) daily for over a month with no significant change. Even the dentist could not discern a difference when I went in for a cleaning appointment. They recommended ways I could whiten my teeth leading up to my wedding this fall...that is about the most telling review there is. Highly frustrating to have spent that much money when not a single person could tell I had attempted to whiten my teeth.”

Is it safe to use your blue light on veneers? Yes or no - - when the blue light was used to activate the glue that holds the veneers on the teeth!
Please answer the damn questions. Unbelievable. If you get sued - - at the deposition you’ll be answering questions.”
“I contacted the company when I did not get my full order - they were sending out what was missing. I did not receive it after 2 more weeks so I contacted them to cancel my order. I was given the return postage code and mailed back what I received. About 5 days later I received the replacement of what was missing. They credited me what I had returned. I contacted them about the missing credit to be told they only credit what is returned and I explained that they sent the replacement AFTER I cancelled and sent back what I had gotten. I have requested at least 3 times the return link to return the rest and after speaking to customer service (Re) and a supervisor (Abby) on the 12th ensuring I was getting the refund - nothing! I have tried calling and now I have been blocked from the numbers. This company and customer service are beyond ridiculous. I have notified my credit card company and thankfully have the emails as proof as well as my phone records.”
