Finally, after calling SNOW to find it is backordered. Received the toothpaste on Saturday 07.17.21 please know I received 3 tubes of SNOW toothpaste that are EXPIRED 06/2021!”

“Another site using a creative return process. This company does not trust their clients, or truly believe in their product. Shady return policies are associated with shady vendors…. I am just saying if you believe in your product, make it easy to return a purchase. The cost of doing business is not to be passed on to consumers . I gave up on returning my purchase, gave it as a gift.”

“My gums were destroyed turned completely white then swelled up between my teeth. Only used product twice. When I messaged snow was told gargle with salt water. My gums are now tearing off and bleeding dentist can’t do anything because I am pregnant”

As far as customer service? Not impressed. They forgot the toothpaste I ordered and I emailed them. I just wanted a refund for the toothpaste instead they said they would ship it to me and I still have gotten it about a month now. I emailed again now they said it’s back ordered! Just give me the dam refund!! Left a bad taste in my mouth 👎”
