“Efficient and professional service. These orders were made a few days before xmas and arrived in time as promised. One of the T.shirts had a defect (ink print was lighter than it should be) but after sending an email i was really quite impressed with the response time and the next day delivery approach to get my order to me in time! I also asked for an additional letter to be added to a fixed design with the offer of happily paying for the extra letter. This was done for me but with no extra charge. Ultimately i was very happy and impressed with the service of this company. Often (with online focussed companies) all is well until you actually need to speak to someone! The TShirt Studio told me this promptly rather than just printing a poor quality image. I was slow to respond but they still managed to produce the order and change the delivery address in time for Christmas. AMAZING! And the finished t shirt was excellent. My daughter was so happy.”
