“The quality of this hoodie is great - so soft and comfortable and really substantial. Service super fast and also the price point is bang on. Great value. Only lost a star as the actual design layouts could be easier to navigate and also have more options but the product itself is 5 stars.”

“Bit apprehensive about buying some t shirts for my work staff, but bit the bullet, very fast delivery, look like good quality t shirts and the printing seems good too…only thing they seem a bit on the small side as ordered a large and a xxl and they are Christmas presents so won’t know if they fit til then….something to think of when ordering…..but I would say worth the money.👍”

“Really easy to use. T-shirts arrive quickly. Print however does tend a to fade quite quickly with washing. Have used a few times now though and happy with product Vs price.”

“I was very pleased with how easy it was to get the design on to T-Shirt, sweatshirt & Varsity Hoodies. It would be a lot easier though if the sizing for all garments was the same. I found that quite difficult and did make an error on some”

“Has your process changed? The shirts look nice but previous shirts felt like the images were printed on the material and soft. These shirts felt like the images were ironed/pressed on and hard to the touch.”

“They corrected a mistake spontaneously and for free which surprised me as I did not ask for that as the issue want too bad. But let me explain, why what they did was so exceptionally good. I had uploaded a design with a rather low res image in it. Looked ok on a screen but printed full size might have been a bit "meh". Their most excellent Candace spotted that and paused the order for me to either confirm use of the low res pic or provide a better quality one (which I did). I duly emailed her a higher res version and got a message they'd go ahead using that. This is where it got slightly wrong. I received the high res pic version shortly thereafter but some how the border I had selected had gotten left off and the print had defaulted to the standard Black - which meant it was invisible on a dark (very dark indeed, in fact their "Navy may as well be black as 4 of the 5 folks I showed it to said it was black and that show it looks to me on one in five thought it might be not quite a true black) Navy T-Shirt. Anyhow, I messaged kind Candace about this asking if there was anything they could do but making no demands as it was OK just not exactly right. And received an apology and the correct T-shirt within a couple of days! Astoundingly good customer service!! So I highly recommend these folks, you're in safe hands here.”

“Very fast delivery and the hoodie is lovely quality! I feel it is slightly smaller than expected given the size chart but that's the only issue - would suggest ordering a size up. Everything else is perfect!”
