“3 our of 4 of my orders were not delivered and i had to ring several times before they finally acknowledged that the orders had not been delivered - i spoke to a rude lady called joanne who basically tried to suggest it was all my fault because i hadn't ordered the more expensive delivery service - i asked to speak to her manager as i was getting nowhere with her and she just refused and put the phone down on me. This is a terrible terrible service thanks Raj”
“There were two sizing guides that were different. Called customer support and they told me to follow the guide which obviously didn't help a bit. The print was great on the other hand but it doesn't fit me at all so it was a letdown.”
“Ordered a large number of T-shirts and the print quality was extremely poor. The printed text was meant to be royal blue but colours varied from blue to purple to pink in a variety of shades. Very disappointed with the overall quality of print and believe the order wasn’t checked before being sent out. To top off our experience we did not receive the correct number of T-shirts ordered and were missing several T-shirts from the order. Have used this company before but very reluctant to use again now in the future.”

“Print quality was terrible. Outlines very visible as shown in photos. Instead of cutting round design and transferring there are big discoloured squares around logos. Bought 4 hoodies. All logos are in different places so they don’t look uniform. Very disappointed. Will not be using again”
“Absolutely rubbish. Preview showed the background of the image imported matching the hoodie, but when delivered was different. The quality of print was bad too. Overall rubbish”
