“My hoodie took far too long for delivery... Christmas delivery aside it was ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and was so embarassing because my partner didnt receive his gift and i didnt have anything to give him instead. I ordered many things from uk for Christmas and all were delivered in plenty of time. Very disappointed and wouldnt order again.”

“Order (#2282293) placed for standard delivery 3 days before the Christmas delivery deadline. Despite receiving an email from TShirt Studio Customer Service at 18:17 on 22/12/20, the items had not arrived yesterday (23/12/20) so I sent an email to TShirt Studio Customer Service that day. No answer was received to the email, so today (24/12/20) I called their Customer Service number on 0333 332 1300, where I chose option 2 and was advised that I was #2 in the queue – approximately 1 minute later I was advised “Your call cannot be taken”, and to send an email to Customer Services – which I already had the day before, received no response – so had called. What a shambles – as the delivery still hasn’t been made yet (it’s 16:43 on Christmas Eve), I take it a full refund will be making its way to me.”

“Big mistake using this company as a US customer. No idea what the product will look like, but the web site did not advise 3-4 weeks delivery time to the US. Things like that you put out front on your web site. This will be a disappointing Christmas gift - in January some time.”

“Sadly disgusting service from this company. Paid for a 4 day delivery and it took 8 days. Rang customer service op2 and twice the lady was abrupt and rude and dismissive. She even hung the phone up on me. They are a unprofessional outfit. I would not recommend them to anyone. When I rang back and politely asked to speak to the manager.. I was told they don't presently have one, no doubt covering up. Well I hope this helps you if you consider buying from them. Thus is my experience”

“Shocking company, avoid! I placed an order for my small business that i was told would arrive within 4 working days, it has now been 3 weeks and they have not answered my any emails about where my item is and if i will ever get it! Wish i had read reviews before ordering, do not give this company any of your money!”

“Horrendous customer service. Ordered a t-shirt, never received, issued a refund after a month of waiting. Again, ordered another t-shirt and a jacket. Production time is advertised at approx 3 days; however, after more than 7+ days, have yet to receive a dispatch date. I've repeatedly messaged customer service for a status update and no response!!! Will NEVER order from them again!”

“Never ordering from this company again! Placed an order on 3rd May the standard delivery was going to be 4 working days i received it 16 days later!! Not only i’ve tried to contact customer services but left several voice messages and sent numerous emails!! The don’t bother answering the phone even though you’re number one on the queue. They don’t return your calls and don’t reply your emails! My order was meant to be my friend’s daughter birthday present and it was a total shamble! The quality of the tshirt isn’t great either! Let’s see if i get their attention now!”

“Ordered a T shirt in early Aprilfor a birthday waited until May no sign of goods . Emailed company towing they said they were waiting for stock . Why was this no highlighted on initial order . No one has contacted or updated Me if the stocks are in . Total disappointment and would not recommend this company”

“Not a good company to go to they don’t answer the phone when you want to speak to them trying to send them an email it just says try again later because of there servers and they don’t do fast delivery like they say to you it’s an over a 10 day delivery which I’ve ask for 2 it’s pathetic”

“I ordered a T-shirt for a friends birthday. Ordered it a month in advance due to covid-19, I knew there would be delays in delivery. Her birthday has come and gone. Leaving both me and my friend disappointed as her birthday present wasn’t here. Communicated with a team member who was very helpful but nonetheless. No item. I was told it would be here by the following Wednesday and nothing. I’ve asked for a full refund and was emailed back the same minute. Leading me to believe this company had no intention of ever sending my item. Please don’t waste your time or money on this company”
