“I ordered a varsity jacket on the 17th of December and paid €10 for express 2 day shipping in hopes the product would arrive before Christmas / new years and before Brexit. The jacket arrived today the 14th of January.. On top of the €10 for shipping I had to pay €13.34 in customs charges. I was told it would arrive on the 6th of January and the 11th of January and it never did. When the jacket arrived it had pieces of dust or dry glue on the sleeves and the design I uploaded had a gradient colour on it, which apparently they couldn't do and instead just printed it as one color.
If you're ordering from outside the U.K maybe try shopping from somewhere in the EU first. If you're looking to get an image with a gradient colour printed, go elsewhere.”

“I ordered a personalised cushion on December 21st and paid £7 delivery to ensure it got here by Christmas.
It was delivered 2 days later in the 23rd.
I opened it and it was a winnie the pooh cushion. Not a personalised photo cushion. It woukdnt have been an issue if the photographs weren't of my 2 children and unborn baby scan photo.
I called them and a lady named Jo said there's nothing she can do and couldn't trace back to the person who mixed the orders up so now some random person is in possession of photographs of my 3 children. This I find very worrying and stressful. Not only is this a data protection breach but also a very concerning process whereby the packer can not be traced nor can the order which contained my cushion. Very appalling service. Avoid at all costs.
Also the trading standards are involved and this will go as far as it can.”

Purchased 15 days before xmas with priority delivery, the parcel is still lost in the cosmos. Their delivery tracking is not working so you have to check by yourself where its is. No support from them.
Now xmas is gone and the surprise is ovee. I just lost 80€ for nothing.”
“Delivery is late. Ordered on the 6th of December, was told 6-9 working days. Then 8-10 working days. It should have come LATEST the 23rd. I needed it by the 24th. I was sent an email around 8pm saying that the package should have been delivered. Nothing had arrived. I put one and one together, and figured out that in the email they used the word “should” not has. This immediately raises suspicion. I figured since it’s the last day that it should arrive according to the shipping time I was given, they sent out an email making an excuse, without directly admitting to it. I would much rather appreciate if they could tell me there will be an order with my delay. I have written several emails and days have gone by with no response. I have gone to their website, and checked my order, and it claims to have been completed, yet I have received nothing, but I have paid. So either it isn’t coming and I’ve just lost my money, or it’s late, and the company is unable to respond to my emails for whatever reason. I am unable to call them as I am in Greece, and unable to call out of the country. Overall very poor performance from the company, very disappointed and do NOT recommend it at all.”
