“payed 7 pounds for next day delivery and bought two hoodies, my parcel took almost a week to arrive even though I payed for next day delivery as it was a birthday gift for someone. The gift was VERY late and no one has bothered responding to my emails. Don’t bother here. You can get basic printed hoodies elsewhere with better customer service.”

“Two letters on the front were totally misprinted yet nobody noticed this obvious error before despatching it. I got a refund but that’s not the point is it? I now do not have the product which I wanted and ordered. A pity because the T- shirt is if good quality.”
“T-shirt’s arrived with print in the wrong place, the mock up on the website did not match the positioning of the T-shirt’s we received.
Customer services offered to either refund or replace the T-shirts (correctly printed, in time for an event they were for), which was appreciated and I chose for them to send new ones, however they never arrived and now their customer service team are no longer responding to my request for a refund.

“From going online and doing the design, the order was accepted and I paid as you would. They contacted me four days later with a problem ( could I contact them). Well having called the number over 20 times and holding on for ever with there is one ahead of you you are caller one. Phone never answered to this day. Emails replied to after days gone by. The six baseball caps turned up with the poorest stitching I have ever seen that actually touched lines together with bits of letters missing. Tried calling no answer. They went in the bin next morning. Zero quality and zero customer respect or communication. Complete waste of £70.
I you want merchandise find another company. Still waiting for a call back and never had one. Aweful company full stop”

Very bad print quality and they did print it not right.
Very poor textile of jacket. the white of the jacket is not white but dirty white.if you want waste your money and time you can work with these amateur people. Check out the pictures and see what I mean. my little son can make it better with his johan faber pencil set. 35 euro for this”
