“Sizing is off. Large hoodie fits but length is way too short . Sent me another in a bigger size which was nice of them but now my logo is located under my chest ! Just can't win. May need to try another company.”
“Bobble Hat is great quality but the embroidery was very poor, the Jersey M54 font didn’t convert well to embroidery. I emailed when the hat arrived and the customer service team were brilliant, sending me another one with a more suitable font. Would be good to have custom logos though”
“I have to say that the design and execution were brilliant. The time it took was also great. However, I'm a large lady and prefer V necks, but couldn't get one in black. Plus I ordered the largest size, XXXL, I could as I like Tshirts a bit loose. I'm normally an XL/XXL depending on fit. However, this XXXL is literally like wearing a fitted shirt so definitely undersized. Luckily I'm only wearing it for a hen night as I certainly won't wear it again.”
“The speed of production was commendable and the customer help line very responsive and easy to reach.
I however have these complaints:
1. The hoodie I ordered was 20+ in quantity and I chose black. But the material looked a bit jaded, an odd colour, kind of like it was sun-bleached
2. The print was sharp and clear. But I would rather there was an option to chose laminated print in order to give it more protection during washing.”
“Material was not the quality i expected for the price. The logo was off centred on both axis too, only slightly but noticeable. I would recommend to go for more expensive t shirts if you wanted something comfy”

Some issues with the order and we ended up with two out of six in a different colour (Oxford rather than French Navy), which is irritating and - you would think - easily avoided.”
“printing ok and as ordered. however problem was with the size of the t shirts. ordered large (female) using their size guide, however one of the two shirts received was smaller than the other and neither seemed 'large '. Will probably have to re-order XL as they are gifts.”

Emailed company as t-shirt was 5 days overdue - order had not been made up. Was a gift and left me embarrassed at having to deliver it several days too late.

competitive prices.
Cons - t-shirt too short in length given size of chest ordered, prevented me from returning for a bulk order, I am of athletic shape, not especially tall & slim, I will only dare wash it on cold as I can't afford to have it shrink.”
“Cup looked great. Some verticals banding. But only someone to do with visual graphics would probably notice. The tote was ok, muddier than I was expecting, Probably my colour conversion to Cmyk wasn’t great. But it could of been a lot sharper seeing as it was 300dpi.
Also the tote came inside the cup so I’ll see how it uncreases.

“Not bad, not good. Good quality of a print.
Following my order, I was contacted by the team that picture is of a poor quality so I did amend to different picture. Did send new picture in e-mail, did not check that in e-mail it was in vertical rather then in landscape as intended, so they just did put it in and print it in wrong position.
However delivery was very fast and neat.”
“Customer service was prompt and helpful informing me that the images i had provided were low-resolution, so I could make adjustments, in the end they were OK for my requirement.
Issue I had;
Grandad's 60th B-day, so I ordered the Grandchildren a "Happy Birthday" photoprint T-shirt.
Two size: 5-6 & One size: 4-5
Problem was the smaller size was approx. 1cm smaller, but they printed the image and writing 2/3rds smaller than the larger T-shirts, so one of the grandchildren wasn't too pleased and asked why hers was so much smaller.
Couldn't understand why they did this and the next day was Easter Holidays so I didn't have time to resolve the matter.”
“Lovely printing and reasonable quality t-shirt....ordered for myself in a size XL as I'm a size 14 to 16 and I thought that would be plenty big enough, sadly its too small so I would advise to order 1 to 2 sizes bigger than it suggests....”
