“I ordered a lady's size t-shirt in xs they say it fits a size 6 but was to small for even a 8 yr old. They size chart they offer is not correct I advise ordering a larger size than you actually need. I have since had to order another at my expense 🙁”

“Delivery of the t shirt was very quick, but after one wash the print on the back looked ike it was starting run. Was going to order more after I see how they came out after a wash but won't be ordering anymore.”

“Au début satisfaite... au final très insatisfaite... je ne recommande pas pour des tasses !!!!! J'ai commandé 10 tasses colorées personnalisées le 21 novembre pour être sûr de les recevoir pour Noêl. Le support technique a été au début très professionnel pour garantir la qualité des images à imprimer. J'ai reçu les 10 tasses rapidement. Malheureusement 2 tasses étaient cassées car l'emballage n'était pas suffisamment sécurisé. Le service client a rapidement réagi en m'envoyant un mail me disant que les 2 tasses avaient été réexpédiées à leur frais. Malheureusement, je n'ai jamais reçu ces 2 dernières tasses pour Noël, et je les attends toujours.”

“la couleur bleue est bien trop sombre pour faire ressortir la photo de surcroit le texte dans le dos écrit en noir est illisible ! j'ai du en refaire un autre mais à l'écran le premier ressortait correctement ! décue et j'attends le deuxième avec impatience !”

“The printing was great on the T-shirt’s. However, only one out of 4 T-shirt’s were v neck and the rest were rounded. I ordered 3 extra large budget women’s but received youth sizes (see picture attached). Myself and friends are a dress size 16+ and there’s not way we’re able to fit in them.”

“Pour l’extérieur la matière n’est pas agréable au touché. A l’intérieur c’est parfait et la personnalisation est bien faite aussi, mais sur le site on aurait dit qu’elle était plus haute”

“I ordered two mugs and both arrived with substandard print quality. On both, the lines were fuzzy/blurry, and on the other, the perfectly circular shape my image was contained within was squashed to form an ellipse shape (and no, it's not an optical illusion). I have resorted to looking into investing in my own sublimation/heat press equipment so I have better control of product quality. The tee shirt I bought looked like it had been kicked around the factory floor before being packaged up as it was covered in brown dirt and fluff. Really disappointing as I had heard great things about the T Shirt Studio.”

“La calidad de la camiseta es buena. Pero la de la impresión no ha sido lo que esperaba. Sabía que no era serigrafía, pero la definición del diseñó ha sido bastante poco eficiente a pesar de que el diseño que yo aporté estaba en un formato que incluía una alta definición.”

“When my parcel arrived my photo block I ordered was damaged I have contacted them but they don’t seem to want to help and this is meant to be a Christmas present for a friend of mine disgusting service”

“One tee shirt was good but the 2nd was awful. The personalised printing on the back was hardly legible!!! Took ages to arrive so, not inclined to use or recommend this company in the future.”
