“I ordered a lady's size t-shirt in xs they say it fits a size 6 but was to small for even a 8 yr old. They size chart they offer is not correct I advise ordering a larger size than you actually need. I have since had to order another at my expense 🙁”
“Delivery of the t shirt was very quick, but after one wash the print on the back looked ike it was starting run. Was going to order more after I see how they came out after a wash but won't be ordering anymore.”

J'ai commandé 10 tasses colorées personnalisées le 21 novembre pour être sûr de les recevoir pour Noêl. Le support technique a été au début très professionnel pour garantir la qualité des images à imprimer. J'ai reçu les 10 tasses rapidement. Malheureusement 2 tasses étaient cassées car l'emballage n'était pas suffisamment sécurisé.
Le service client a rapidement réagi en m'envoyant un mail me disant que les 2 tasses avaient été réexpédiées à leur frais.
Malheureusement, je n'ai jamais reçu ces 2 dernières tasses pour Noël, et je les attends toujours.”

“The printing was great on the T-shirt’s. However, only one out of 4 T-shirt’s were v neck and the rest were rounded. I ordered 3 extra large budget women’s but received youth sizes (see picture attached). Myself and friends are a dress size 16+ and there’s not way we’re able to fit in them.”

“I ordered two mugs and both arrived with substandard print quality. On both, the lines were fuzzy/blurry, and on the other, the perfectly circular shape my image was contained within was squashed to form an ellipse shape (and no, it's not an optical illusion). I have resorted to looking into investing in my own sublimation/heat press equipment so I have better control of product quality. The tee shirt I bought looked like it had been kicked around the factory floor before being packaged up as it was covered in brown dirt and fluff. Really disappointing as I had heard great things about the T Shirt Studio.”
