“I have ordered custom items from TShirt Studio on 2 separate occasions and both times, I have been 100% satisfied. I ordered a mug the first time and it was printed exactly as I had specified. The printing was straight and centred, the quality was excellent, good thick printing that is still going strong (13 months old now), it was delivered quickly, well packaged and I know the postage was reasonable because I am from Yorkshire.
The second order I placed, for a 'university' hoodie (because the official ones were £50+ -see above point on Yorkshire). I am beyond thrilled with this hoodie. I know that it is far superior to the official one I could have ended up with! The hoodie quality is nice, good thick and hard wearing material, soft on the inside but you know it won't fall apart, strong. The colour is great and just as I had expected, sizing is also bang on. The embroidery is flawless, again, precisely as I had specified, front and back. It had been trimmed with care and to a high standard, you wouldn't know that the stitching was ever not there!
Again, nice to have the option to opt for a saver type delivery and still a reasonable timescale too.

“From going online and doing the design, the order was accepted and I paid as you would. They contacted me four days later with a problem ( could I contact them). Well having called the number over 20 times and holding on for ever with there is one ahead of you you are caller one. Phone never answered to this day. Emails replied to after days gone by. The six baseball caps turned up with the poorest stitching I have ever seen that actually touched lines together with bits of letters missing. Tried calling no answer. They went in the bin next morning. Zero quality and zero customer respect or communication. Complete waste of £70.
I you want merchandise find another company. Still waiting for a call back and never had one. Aweful company full stop”

“After scouring the internet and shops for a specifically designed t-shirt, as requested by my niece for her birthday, I decided to make one myself.
TShirt Studio made it super easy and the fact it was reasonably priced was even better. There aren't masses of choices when it comes to t-shirt colours, particularly when compared to other sites I looked at, but who wants to have to choose between multiple shades of dark green anyway? And, the print isn't 'luxury' quality but still very good - as I said, the reasonable price, the ease of designing, and the quick delivery time more than makes up for the very minor cons.
I've designed several more t-shirts since that first one, and I've used TShirt Studio every time!”
