“My mugs were a good value quality product, and I highly recommend them. Like a previous reviewer, I was surprised to get a light blue 2-tone mug - when the website showed a deep blue which I wanted for the handle and rim. But my recipients are very happy with them, a surprise present.
Customer service were very helpful in discussions, and they have now corrected their website to show the correct colour. I have suggested they offer the deep blue as well to keep Scottish customers happy, and that’s been passed on to production.
