The best part has to be the customer service. Somewhere along the lines there was a mix up on either my behalf or maybe theirs, but a hoodie that was meant to be a large came as a small. Some of the pictures I've uploaded really aren't the best quality but somehow still have turned out great. Never had an issue with delivery or faulty items. And sizing is true which is so handy as Im a unusual shape.
