“This is going to be my go to fish supplier going forward! Amazing communication and willing to bend over backward to get me the healthiest fish on my schedule. They held my fish an extra week as I was going to be out of town - they worked with me on switching one of my fish for a larger specimen since I was worried about my current tank inhabitants being too aggressive. Fish arrived in excellent health and eating. Fat and happy!”

“Amazing customer service! The staff was great and attentive to my needs. The fish came in great condition. The package was very well prepared. When added the fish to display tank they went for food right away. A couple things I would say would be beneficial to us a customer, sometimes we don't need it want multiple fish and the minimum order total is not great we are already paying for the shipping. Also have a way to real-time request fish instead of waiting for them to add to inventory. Other than that this company is amazing.”

“Fish always arrive healthy and eat immediately upon introduction. They are easy to deal with regarding shipping accommodations and changed orders. The fish are generally small (young), but that is preferable because they will have a longer lifespan in the aquarium and accommodate easier.”
