“Have purchased many times before with no issues. This time however the fish arrived almost dead as the bag water temp was too low. Should have shipped with more hot packs. The fish never recovered and I had to process a DOA request unfortunately.”

“I have only had great experiences with TSM. This was my second time ordering from them. It's difficult to keep a Foxface happy in my 10 gallon quarantine tank, so it's great that TSM does the quarantining for you! The fish arrived in great shape, with minimal stress, and acclimated quickly in my reef tank. I also ordered several corals, which arrived well-packaged, individually bagged and labeled, and colored up almost immediately once given some light. Great customer service, and the ordering process was smooth.”
