“to quote your introduction "we are not perfect but that is what we aim for" are you telling us you are aiming to be not perfect? because of a misunderstanding in our order we had to have an additional order for two lots of strings for our vanes and I was a bit annoyed that an additional charge of six pounds was added for postage when the postage was only 82p”

“Ordered 3 blinds, one was cut to the wrong size (same as one of the others but wasn't meant to be). Mistakes happen with any business but having good customer service and quick response in sorting the problem out makes all the difference. Tudor did great on that.”

“Excellent product and very well made. Packaging for delivery was great also. The only thing I would have changed is the time taken to deliver which was longer than expected. Overall, I would definitely use this company again.”

“site - easy to use - excellent communications - good price - well packed and delivery within a reasonable time scale - blinds easy to fit - but there is a way of doing it and when my husband had gotten into difficulties he phoned Tudor blinds and it was explained to him the right way to do it - then voila no problems - The blinds are very nice and we were pleased with this transaction. We have used Tudor blinds before and we would use them again. I would recommend this company to anyone”

“Good service , the head rail on a vertical blind arrived damaged , it was promptly replaced however the old rail was supposed to be collected but it never has been maybe it was not worth the P&P . Good service overall”

“Great way to spruce up some tired looking blinds without having to replace the expensive tracks and mechanisms. New slats were the perfect size and the blackout quality means I'm no longer woken up at 5am!”
