“The rails I ordered are solid and very nice looking. Although I did not get what I initially ordered the company did everything to set this right and did it quickly. That is why I gave it still full marks as the product is excellent and the customer service is excellent as well.”

“Delivery was not as advertised - had to phone and still delivery was later than promised. Although I ordered to fit a specific window, I had to cut the supplied frame to fit and after very limited use, the blind is now stuck in the permanently closed position.”

“I recently purchased a blind for our Velux window it arrived quickly and was well packed. The blind was extremely easy to fit no need for drills just a screwdriver, literally only took a few minutes and it looks great.”

“We had a previous blackout blind from another well known company which wasn't as strong or as well fitting. We are very pleased with our new blind ,it's good quality with strong fitting and fits perfectly and best of all it keeps the light out from the street lights.We were informed of our delivery time which also turned up on time.....so no hanging around . Will definitely use this company again for our blinds”

“We ordered some replacemtn vertical blind slats in white, which come ready joined and weighted. They are excellent. However, the plastic hanging inserts didn't fit our old blind. Fortunately, we were able to cut out out some of the plastic in the middle of the inserts which enabled us to fit them onto our blind.”

“Ordered some Keylite window blinds and wooden Venetian blinds, all were very easy to fit. One of the Venetian blinds was too short, after sending an email and taking a few photos and dimensions, Tudor Blinds were quick to remedy the situation and a replacement blind sent in the next few days. Excellent customer service.”
