“I recently bought 2 keylite blinds. When the first one arrived, it had 2 right legs, and of different length. While the second blind went up just fine, I spent about 10 days emailing and calling before the issue was finally resolved. When I finally received the replacement legs for the first blind I discovered the blind was slightly too wide, due to very poor workmanship. With the frustration of having to chase the legs fresh in the memory, I decided to spend time repairing it myself. Unfortunately I couldn't get the winding mechanism working properly so I have had to order a new blind to match the other. Its been 2 weeks and Im still waiting. In the meantime I have had to take the first blind down and reinstall as it managed to tangle itself. I wont be buying here again.”

“I placed an order to replace the slats on 4 blinds and within four days I was in receipt. The quality of the slats were excellent and I was impressed by how cheap they were and of the high quality. I will be placing another order today to replace the slats on a blind that I had taken down, due to the quality I decided to put it back up and replace with the slats from Tudor Blinds. Excellent service, great value for money and a high quality of goods.”

“Cannot praise your company enough, I had problems with my measurements which was my own fault, phoned up and explained my mistake and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who advised me of the best way to resolve the problem nothing was to much trouble. I now have lovely blinds on my kitchen and patio windows and have recommended your company to friends and family cannot praise your service and company enough.”

“very slow to update on progress, very slow to deliver, had to chase at every stage. Then sent wrong brackets and didn't bother to tell me they were sending replacements. It's the basics that they get wrong, I felt like a burden and apologies for wasting your time AS A CUSTOMER?”

Dear Mr Appleton We did have an issue with the material curling on your blind, which you should have been informed about sooner and we are trying to improve in this area. The brackets were dispatched the day following your email to avoid further delays. Apologies Tudor Blinds

“nice blinds, easy to fit, dark head-works blend in well with our woodwork, arrived quickly and well packaged, small mark on one slat emailed about the fault and a replacement was sent next day, will use them again. Stephen taylor”
