“This is the second time I have ordered from Tudor Blinds after my daughter-in-law recommended them to me. On both occasions I ordered via their web site using my own measurements for replacement slats and roller blinds. The order process was extremely easy and I had confirmation of my order immediately. I was kept up-to-date via emails with the process of my order right through to emails from the courier detailing the exact time of my delivery and even the name of the driver. Everything fitted perfectly when we fitted them and they all look beautiful. Exceptional customer service, the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and friendly over the phone when I needed to order a replacement weight that had got damaged and I received a new one in the post the next day. I would recommend Tudor Blinds to anyone and would not hesitate to order again in the future.”

“I was pleased by the speed of seviice and the quality of the product. Good choice of materials. A small item was damage in transit and this was replaced immediatlely, no fuss. I have now bought blinds from Tudor on four occasions.”

“site - easy to use - excellent communications - good price - well packed and delivery within a reasonable time scale - blinds easy to fit - but there is a way of doing it and when my husband had gotten into difficulties he phoned Tudor blinds and it was explained to him the right way to do it - then voila no problems - The blinds are very nice and we were pleased with this transaction. We have used Tudor blinds before and we would use them again. I would recommend this company to anyone”

“Good service , the head rail on a vertical blind arrived damaged , it was promptly replaced however the old rail was supposed to be collected but it never has been maybe it was not worth the P&P . Good service overall”
